I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.“

“Typical fried chicken, fish, shrimp, and fries place. Had the bone in wings and shrimp combo meal. This place seems to cater to takeout but has a few places to sit including outside. Wings were good size, the shrimp medium size. The parmesan sauce was salty as was the lemon pepper rub on the shrimp. The chicken without the sauce was not salty and tasted good. The fries were not salty so I think it was the sauces. The meal was served hot and service was excellent. Everything seems to be cooked as needed so keep in mind that it might take 15 minutes to get your meal.“

This was out of the ordinary and I’ve never seen something like this at Culver’s next we order our food and I had the spicy chicken and the spicy. Chicken was good, but the fries tasted like sandpaper and they forgot our drinks and we had to go inside to go get them. “First time in. Wondeful experience. Gave the kid a task to find somewhere we don't have close to home. He found Beef Shack. Pull up to it and it was brightly lit in a strip of businesses. Looks inviting to go in. Menu was simple and easy to understand. Girl behind the counter was awesome, gave us recommendations, talked about the fries, the beef, the burgers, the deals. I went with Italian Beef, kid did a double cheeseburger, got fries and floats. Food came out fast, great quality, well packaged. Fries are delicious, dont pass them up. A large is Super Large, easy to share. Fries won, we couldn't finish them off. Italian beef was good. Whole muscle beef, sliced. Seasoning was spot on. Burger was good. He had done a double for the burger, it won, he couldn't finish it. Floats were good. I had red cream, kid had Rootbeer. Overall wonderful place, would highly recommend. Only downfall is its over a hour from home, otherwise their special deals looked really good for Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday.“

“I hardly believe this, but I left today and they forgot to include my coleslaw. I got home and called to mention it. I was told they'd bring the coleslaws to me. I thought it was a joke, like doctors making house calls. Sure enough, they came to my door with the coleslaws, an extra, and a pint of blueberry cheesecake. Unbelievable! “I've never had a bad experience at Portillo's. I brought my Mom here from California. She was surprised at how inexpensive it was.
She had a hotdog with fries and I had a cheesy beef.

One thing we learned... while they do have gluten free separate fryer... ALL the oil from ALL the fryers goes through the SAME filtration system, which CONTAMINATES the oil! So people with celiac disease may be glutened!

We are seniors and usually order the Choose 2 off the menu which is just enough for a good lunch choice...a half sandwich and a cup of soup. “I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! I ordered the New York Steamer sub with chips and a soda, and everything was fantastic. The sandwich was hot, packed with flavor, and loaded with perfectly melted cheese and plenty of meat. The bread was fresh and soft, which made the whole sub come together perfectly.
