Dinning area is upstairs, cozy area to spend some time with family and friends. Bathroom can be clean, and no toilet paper.“

“This is a small cute Dunkin under the Granville Red line station.its a stop shop to grab a bite or drink before starting your journey, although many people from around the area too hop in. The food is good,the staff is very helpful and friendly trying to give their customers the best value for money spent. My kids love this place for getting their donuts treat from time to time. I too like how my iced drinks are prepared every time especially the Dunkin Refresher. All in all a good DD.“

Today we came in to celebrate my new diagnosis of diabetes. Me and my lovely LGBTQ partner have finally reached the 600 pound mark on our journey to enlightenment. Thankfully, the pace bus driver had enough patience to help wheel us into the door.“

“Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“I came in with a suit and needed 4 boxes of coffee for a party at 9PM. The team at Dunkin on 12/20/23 did a stellar job helping me out and packing all of the supplies into my car. They even included the 4 boxes with cream, sugar, cups, lids and kept the party alive! ?“

“The staff here are honestly miracle workers. I usually come to this location on the weekend before I go to work every time they have a crazy long line in the drive-through and have a line to the door inside. I’ve seen three workers max at this location yet they get my order out quick and it’s always correct and on top of that. They are very nice people. Meanwhile, the dunkin by my house will have eight workers and half the customers and you’ll be waiting triple the time you would be spending here. My husband and i were craving some pink bubble gum ice cream from Baskin-Robbins. However almost none of the locations in the Chicago area seem to carry it (or even answer the phone) we had called several locations but were unsuccessful, until we called this location - one of their employees, Syed answered the phone immediately, was very professional and said they do carry it!. We drove over and our server was the same man who answered the phone. Syed immediately recognized us from the phone call as soon as we asked for the ice cream. And was very very friendly! Absolutely outstanding customer service! We will definitely be returning to this location for our pink bubble gum ice cream!“
