“Pretty decent. Pretty safe with the new safety measures put up now. Menu selection is a bit small compared to others, but a good amount of choices for me. Travis Scott burger with some fries and a water to wash it down is pretty good. Would recommend.“

“We ordered the Knockout and a rice bowl for takeout, but the order got a little late, so we ended up breaking our fast at the restaurant. My wife really loved the Knockout. The rice bowl was a bit spicy for me, but still tasted good, the guy in the specs was doing everything at once, taking orders, packing, and answering calls and he was moving fast, so no complaints about the service. Overall, good food and a good experience.“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

Under the new ownership, this already unbelievable establishment has only gotten better. The fact that the former owner Bill is still cooking at night adds to its appeal. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more highly - it serves the best gyros in all of Chicagoland.“

“I have been wanting to try Kong Dog for a while and I’m glad we did. The customer service was great and the food was better than expected.
You place your own order at the kiosk, but the staff was very helpful with our questions. The cook and cashier were both super kind.
The only downside was the seating area. The tables needed to be wiped down, although the ordering station and food line looked clean. Overall, a good experience and I would go back. We did take our food to go.“

I ordered pick up from UberEats today and accidentally ordered at the wrong location.. which I didn’t realize until I came to pick up my food… A gentleman named Teal was working behind the counter and said he would call the other location right away to cancel the order and remake my food for me! He was so kind and accommodating and gave me zero issue. I am very pleased at the quality service I received today. Of course food was delicious on top of it. Thank you so much Teal!! 🙏“

“Most times that I go to Arby's on Green Bay Road in North Chicago, it's for the Reuben Sandwich with Crinkle Fries. They make a delicious Reuben, but with that sandwich, I always get the Crinkle Fries. They are fresh made every time.....hot and crispy with a creamy center. If you thought Mickey D's had great fries, you'd be right, but these just might change your mind about who's are better. They're that good.! And don't forget the Jamocha Shake!!!“

“This location is AWESOME! Seriously was the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The food was prepared perfectly; I felt like I was actually eating the same Single with fries right out of a TV commercial or other advertisement. The taste was spot-on and, no hyperbole at all, was simply the best experience I've ever had at a Wendy's, hands down. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were all well trained and knowledgeable about their different roles, and I don't think I've ever had such a great experience at not just a Wendy's but at any fast food restaurant, period. I will DEFINITELY be making the trip to come back, even though it's about 18 miles each way for me from my house it's worth it. You should stop by and give them your business if you're in the area - or not. As I said, it's worth the trip for a restaurant that's clean and welcoming, a friendly staff who are experienced and enjoy what they do, and for the food which will be perfect in every regard. A definite two thumbs up in my book 👍👍 and you can thank me later!“

“For a fast food spot, this place went above and beyond. The staff greeted us when we walked in and thanked us on the way out. One team member was cleaning and wiping down tables the entire time we were there, and the floors were spotless. You rarely see this level of cleanliness and customer service at a fast food restaurant.“

“Love coming to this Chick-fil-a location. I've been to the Gurnee one and it was bad. The staff here are very friendly and do a great job. Always appreciate when they walk around and see how things are going. Have bailed me out many times for a refill when I didn't want to leave my kid alone at the table. My daughter loves the mac and cheese and playing in the play place. Our orders always come out correct. Condiments and napkins are always well stocked. The Gurnee location I had to ask the counter for ketchup and extra napkins... Love the random bingo nights and things like that too.“

“This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The workers are amazing and so efficient and kind. They always get my order right (which as a vegetarian is sometimes a problem) and are so sweet. Seriously the only Taco Bell I go to they are on top of it and this location is so clean and fast. I wish all Taco Bell’s were as good as this location.“

“Andreas was super friendly, completing a huge 20 pizza order and was still able to keep up with the morning rush.

His female coworker had the door open at 10am even though it doesn't open till 10:30am. She offered to take a break and help my order as soon as she was completed. By happenstance, I was just checking the place out.

And I'm glad I did.

“I ordered at the self-service kiosk, and my food was ready before I even picked a seat. The staff were very friendly. After finishing my meal and leaving, I forgot to unplug my phone charger and left it there. When I realized it, six hours had already passed. Fortunately, the store manager noticed it and kept it safe for me until I came back to get it. I’m truly grateful!“

“Bro haha after getting some 🔥🔥 dogwalker pre rolls from next door then just saw this place on the way out and had to stop by I didn’t even have the munchies yet I just seen the sign. Then man the line was moving a bit too slow for my impatient self so I’m like man just go out and blaze one of these cones so I go out get blaaaaaaasted in like 5mins cause these were mini rolls then went back in and was looking at that menu and it was good man. So my turn to order I get the Tristian or whatever it’s the pesto pizza and I’m like yeah why not throw arugula on top after it’s done so they did it for me and then we got some cool looking sodas at the cash register. Wasn’t a long wait or a bad price at all we just chilled in the lobby there weren’t too many people in there anyway. Finally got my pizza and I could tell by the first bite it was going to be delicious. So I ate the whole thing happy as hell the entire time then I’m like dang bro I gotta get one to go so I got the same pizza only this time another gentleman made it and he was asking me what spice and whatever so I told him to just hook it up and then we just left but something came over me in the car and I just had to take a peak of the pizza. So I ended up eating the whole thing before I even got home haha my family was piiiissed showing up with an empty pizza box. Oh and they gave me a coloring sheet and crayon so I could draw and they said they liked my coloring. Great people and great food I will definitely come back here every time I get my stuff from the neighbors. Thank you again 😛“

“I had an experience with a older woman she look like she may have been Puerto Rican. I wish I would have gotten her name but I didn't. She saved me some money I appreciate her for that. I don't know what's going on but ordering online just does not work here (two separate times months apart and have had issues with the website sending it). Thankfully the the staff is nice and the food is decent.

“Super friendly staff during early morning breakfast hours. Sometimes there is a short wait but it’s worth it. Sometimes traffic can back up onto the road but quickly gets moving. Sometimes This is due to couriers or customers just not parking correctly or being in the property lane. I highly recommend this location.“

“ 5 ⭐Better than Culvers and they have to compete with McDonald's next door. The burgers have really good flavor, a little bit of a longer wait because they are cooking them on the griddle when you order. Allow for a little extra time when you order. Of course the line is not as long as McDonald's so you're probably out much quicker. The food is always fresh and hot.
