“There is nothing about this place I don't recommend. The meads are amazing, their Cocktail Master is amazing at coming up with unusual combinations, and is great fun to talk to. The music mix is great as well (but possibly because I'm old 😁)! Overall, the place is extremely welcoming, with a selection of games and sofas so you can sit and enjoy your drinks and socialize.”

“Our first time to Primo was a special occasion as it was not only our anniversary but also our daughter was in town to visit and celebrate. Ryan V was our server and was fantastic - personable, knowledgeable and attentive! The menu is large, but don’t let that intimidate you! Ryan walked us through the app and entrees and we had everything from steak, to fish and pasta! ALL were delicious!! We will be back for sure, and highly recommend!”

“10 STARS IF I COULD When we walked in around 5:15pm to go to the cafe the line was really long, so I ordered via app. Omg, Emily was very calmed and collected when people seemed kind of getting antsy. She acknowledged that I was there to pick up my food and gave me a heads up that it’ll take another 3 more min. I told her it was fine and that she was doing a great job and said good luck. She was very thankful. I’m more than pleased with her and would definitely recommend! Great hire manager. Emily definitely deserve a raise.”

I did a little digging online and seen that they have a bingo night which I would like to come back to but overall there is plenty of space and this is a great option if you want to just find a relaxing place to sit down relax watch a game and enjoy your meal plus if you go in the middle of the week in the middle of the day it's like you have a whole theater to yourself plus zifaros make some of the best fries I've had believe it or not.”

“We got a latte, chocolate shake (cost around $7.50) and taro milk tea ($6.50) with bubbles.Me and my kids enjoyed the drink. Taro was the favorite as usual. “My hubby and I were drivin’ home from Michigan to Wisconsin and made it a point to stop at the Shawarma King in Gurnee (this was our second time, and y’all, it was just as amazing as the first). We had the chicken shawarma wraps with fries and that garlic sauce… Lord have mercy, it’s so good I’d put it on just about anything. The falafel was tasty, and the tahini sauce was the perfect match. The hummus was smooth and flavorful and had their special sauce in the middle and was served with their homemade pita bread! It was that soft, fresh pita—like nothin’ I’ve ever had. You can tell everything’s made right there in the kitchen with a whole lotta love for their customers. The gentleman runnin’ the place is just the nicest guy—genuine, kind, and proud of his food (as he should be!). We’ll definitely be stoppin’ by again next time we’re passin’ through.”

“My fiancé and I went for breakfast at the Gurnee location yesterday. Both mens and womens bathrooms were out of order. No additional bathrooms for the employees!!! How can a restaurant be able to be open without facilities for patrons let alone the employees working an 8 hour shift!?!? Our waitress pleaded for me to call OCHEA!! She also said it is not the first time!!”

“Went through the drive through I waited a few mns for my food. I gor a cheese burger and cheese curds. They came out piping hot! This is awesome and they held the heat in well.

The curds could be better if they added garlic to them. I love their cheese curds.”

“We were visiting from out of town and were fortunate to find this lovely place to have a Mother's Day breakfast. The food was phenomenal as was the service. They were very busy but you would have never known it by the attentiveness and smiles from the staff. The flower they gave to all of the moms was a beautiful touch. I am a little sad I didn't go back before we left to bring food home with us. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area and I will have a cooler ready to take some of the delicious food back with us. Thank you for making Mother's day so special!!”

I had a large pickup order today for myself and my family and when I arrived the kitchen manager came out to describe that they had to restart one of the pizzas, offering to let me go now with the rest of my order - plus the messup free for extra snackage - and that he would come deliver the remake himself in a bit so I didn’t have to wait. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating during the pickup and communication process. If you haven’t had Kaisers, what’re ya doin??”

“This is a solid pizza joint. I’ve ordered delivery 4-5 times. Good ingredients, speedy delivery and consistent results. Plus the delivery guy is a nice guy and seems genuinely proud of the pizza. I compare it to to Rosatis, but I like this better, and that’s with zero shade. In conclusion… if Jimanos is in your neighborhood hood, you should give it a chance. Ps the BLT Pizza was awesome. I feel like I invented it in 2002… But immediately thought it was better than the one I made. Only complaint… Too much bacon. But then I say that out loud and it sounds stupid. Nestled in the heart of Gurnee, Robin Hood may not yet be the most buzzed-about spot online—but what it might lack in web presence, it surely makes up for in character and service. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt like a well-loved local gem: warm lighting, congenial chatter, and a sense of community that’s rare to find.

But what truly made the evening shine was our server, Brianna. Attentive without hovering, she struck that rare balance of offering recommendations, anticipating refills, and knowing when to leave us to enjoy our meal. Her genuine warmth set the tone for the whole evening.

Brianna checked in at just the right times, with a refreshing sincerity—you could tell she cared. When I asked about a dish’s preparation, her response was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, as if she’d be excited for you to try it too.

But even when it gets cold out, still fun to go to even during a brutal Chicago area winter.This is probably the one ice cream parlor around compared to others that has a huge emphasis on toppings/creations which is definitely their strong point.Always a great selection of flavors between their regular year round and seasonal flavors, prices still seem reasonable although the high-end ice cream chain has never really been cheap and customer service remains consistently good in an always spiffy clean/sanitized atmosphere.CSC obviously does battle with competitors such as Oberweis up the road and Graeter's. When it comes to taste and quality, this place lives up to the price and my kids are well worth it anytime of the year.Only con (which doesn't drag down a 5⭐️ rating) about this place is the parking lot which can be greatly limited especially on wknd nights when nearby Giordano's gets packed. You may find yourself having to park east across the street from Starbucks and walking a bit of distance.”

He resolved the issue and made the situation good. The food we had was super delicious. I would give it a 5-star rating!”
