“always have such a great experience with the employees here, and i LOVE that it's open 24 hours. every time i eat here the bread i get has gotten progressively more hard and stale. it doesnt really ruin the whole sandwich, but it's noticable. it's not an issue any of the store employees have, it's a corporate issue. it's never the employee's fault for the food they get shipped and told to serve, but maybe subway should do a better job of the way its packaging and storing the bread for transportation. overall good experience, i just wish the bread was soft!“

“We were greeted by the general manager and the other workers chimed in as well with a hello. Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“Pretty good place. Despite what people may say, I really like the place. The staff are very kind to me and my brother, we have sort of become regulars. All the employees are very friendly, and the food is good, (which is rare for me, I don’t like Hardee’s much as a restaurant chain). The floors are a bit sticky and a bug almost flew up my nose like five seconds ago, but other than the small flaws, it’s a very friendly place. Thanks for being so kind to us.“

“Went there to the Edwardsville IL location to dine in on Sunday with a friend. We were both almost done with our food when my friend noticed what was very clearly a pubic hair sitting neatly on the wrapper that his chicken sandwich was in. Absolutely disgusting“

“Food was good and fresh. Peeps running the place struggled to pay attention to what the order was and needed repeats of questions they had just immediately asked. Not a huge detail, just a little scattered and not real busy. Place is tiny and parking lot is right, hence the 3 for atmosphere. Layout is weird and hard for people to que up and order.“

“I have been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks always amazing food, fast service, and a warm greeting from the amazing staff. My favorites are the meatball sub, sub on a club no mayo or mustard add ranch, and the hook and ladder. “I clicked yes to recommending Cane's, but I wouldn't recommend an experience like I had today at this location. If I get out of my car and go inside to dine, I don't want my food served in styrofoam containers shoved in a plastic bag and handed to me. In addition, the French fries are typically a tad saltier than most other places, which is OK, but today they resembled candied orange slices they were so COVERED with salt. Not a stellar experience today. 😩“

“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

“I stopped eating pizza hut for a long time but since moving to Glen Carbon a couple years ago I finally decided to give this pizza hut a try. We first ordered months ago and have a few time since including today. An my food is always fresh hot and delicious! One of the best pizza huts in the metro area.“

“Kiosk orders only. I'm assuming because no one is manning the register, they don't realize how nasty and dirty the tables and soda machine etc. are. Hopefully that isn't an indication of cleanliness in the food prep and cooking stations.“
