“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“My first time here. I had the chicken empanada and 2 of the corned beef roll and a large ube matcha latte. I asked them warm of these items for me since I was here during my lunch time. And the lady was so nice and was more than happy to heat them up. The empanada was the most perfect empanada I’ve had in a long time. The crust was o flaky and buttery! The corned beef roll was perfect, just enough filling. And of course the ube matcha latte was perfect. Ambiance is great! I highly recommend LASA! ❤️“

My husband and I were treated so well for our cake tasting in the months prior to the wedding, and the flavor combinations are as always, incredible. I trusted Madison to design a cake that matched our theme after choosing our flavors (this is HER art!), and she completely nailed it! It actually made me tear up how perfect it was. “It's my first time going there. I parked where the empty boxes are... a huge mistake. You have to line up before turning towards the gate. When a trailer comes out, you go forward and people ask which gate you're going to park at. My mistake cost me 6 hours.“

I'm still very impressed with how responsive the owner, Norma, was to my emails and appreciate how thoughtful she was. She asked if I wanted to include a personal message to my sisters and brother-in-law, and I found out today that all of them really enjoyed the cupcakes. I can only imagine how hard it must be for small businesses like this one during these unprecedented times, but I'm glad that I was able to surprise my sisters and support them at the same time. I ordered through Sweet C’s website for a birthday and I was behind on ordering due to my kids being sick. Celia was extremely kind despite it being a last minute order that was 100% my fault.

She had 2 dozen cupcakes for me and they were delicious. Everyone loved them - from the adults to the kids at the party. I always order extra cupcakes to bring home in case I can’t sit down at the party and enjoy a cupcake. I only have 2 left over and now have to share with the kids?! Not happy. Next time I’m giving myself a 6 cupcake buffer instead of 4.

Very easy to communicate with, is on time for pick up the cupcakes and you can still upload a design like she had in store. 10/10 recommend. We went with chocolate cupcakes and a vanilla buttercream. The cupcake will so soft and the buttercream was perfectly fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. Very well balanced cupcake.

The customer service and the cupcakes were both outstanding. Placing my cupcake order for my birthday today with a 1/2 dozen cookie kit for Halloween.

Dietary restrictions: Able to have some accommodations for dietary restrictions but like many bakeries, cross contamination can happen. She has an info section on this on her website.

Kid-friendliness: She was amazing with my youngest who attempted to place a birthday cake order for June of 2025.“

Anyway I called and gave them my card info and they said they would get it to her. They drove the card over to her a few hours later. They didn't want to risk mailing it. My sister was so excited. Service beyond the call of duty. I hope they get an E-gift card set up on the online ordering system for future use.“
