The drinks are phenomenal and I cannot wait to go back for a rematch on the game but more specifically for the drinks. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere was great. “We hosted our Wedding Welcome Cocktail Hour at the Geneva Taphouse and are so happy that we did! This place is a great place to host at because it's a beautiful building with great lighting and fun atmosphere. The small bites were delicious and our guests loved the large selection beers and seltzers on tap. There happened to be live music that night, which was a great touch. The managers Taylor and Jesse were so friendly and easy to work with to make this night happen. They checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We would 100% recommend them for your party space needs!“

“We stopped there on a charity motorcycle ride. Staff was friendly, place was nice. We ate there as well. Food was great however should have been someone watching supply as well as the people who did not pay for food (we had wristbands to track). It was sad to see people who didn't pay the $10 for a wristband, come and eat $30 worth of food. While people who paid had to sit and wait some i belive waited a while.
THEN after like 30-40 min there the waitress was checking for bands. (Too little to late sadly) the older dark haired lady (chef? Manager?) Was very sweet and did her best to get food out. Tasty for sure!!

“Very much enjoyed our anniversary at The Getaway! Sat out on their beautiful deck. The calamari was superb, my husband loved his chicken Marsala and I really enjoyed the shrimp Diablo. Our waitress Denise was a pro and added to the great experience. We will be back!“

“First time here for breakfast. Great, friendly service. Nice clean restaurant. Waitress was very helpful answering questions and giving suggestions. Chilaquiles were awesome..husband had standard eggs, toast, hashbrowns, bacon.. they don’t offer sausage patties which is disappointing but just a preference and they only offer one slice of toast with breakfast which I’ve never heard of. Just will know for next time.. took a look at lunch/dinner menu and will definitely be back to try it out.. we’ll be back for breakfast again too. Good fresh food, good value and prices.“

“I never leave a 5 star review, but this place deserves it all the way around!!! The food was phenomenal, service was fantastic, and atmosphere is adorable!!! Do yourself a favor and go, but make sure to make a reservation!!“

“Service was fantastic. We went during Happy Hour and it was $1 off all drinks. The bar appeared to be clean and there were lots of things to do, but the smell of a port-a-potty hits you as soon as you walk in. (They have actual bathrooms!!)“

“Reserving the Upper Deck at Pier 290 was the best choice we could have made for our wedding dinner! We were able to access the space early to do our first look on the balcony and drop off bags, which was super helpful since we were from out of town. We had 36 people and the room was absolutely perfect for our group. The room was gorgeous (which was a bonus because we didn’t need to bring extra decorations), the food was delicious (people couldn’t stop talking about the steak or the flourless chocolate cake), and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our event was perfect. We worked with Taylor and Johnell mostly, and we appreciate how thoughtful they both were. Thanks again to everyone!!!“
