“food is usually amazing just that one waitress mandy was rude and had an attitude.I ordered wings and when I went to pick them.up the waitress mandy said the sauce was in the bag and I checked. I told her there was none in there and she told me it would take awhile to get it and she walked outside. I stood there til the other guy asked if I needed something. he apologized for it not being in there. then when I got home to check the wings they were not even made right. this is the second time I have had a problem with the order. the manager had to come up there to fix it right.“

“Herrin Il Arby’s has the friendliness staff. Never get orders wrong. Wait time is minimal. Just a “good job” shout out to them. Good job Herrin Arby’s! Glad to have you in our town!!“

“Very friendly staff and they make the best slushes around! Only complaint is that the screens don’t always work and the card processing takes too long but everyone has an abundance of understanding and patience. The staff works really hard to service all the customers well and keep things moving at a fast pace. It’s a terrific business that I highly recommend!:)“

“Terrible sales and service, website said I could order a 16 piece stop me, was told I could only get a 8 piece and don't argue. Under the attorney generals office of the United States, that is a violation in regards to elder abuse, charges will be filled!“

“Subs are amazing as usual. Biggest complaint is their weekly special menu. Every dang Friday is TUNA day. Who does that, select people even care for Tuba let alone a tuna sandwich. Not cool at all Subway, you have way better options for a Friday special. Almost seems as if Subway owners don't want business on Fridays. Also Subway with drink and chips is $13-$16 they also mandate a tip so add $1.60 minimum.“
