“Estimados encargados de El Solazo: Espero este mensaje les encuentre bien. Me dirijo a ustedes como un cliente frecuente y admirador de su restaurante, en el cual siempre disfruto de una comida deliciosa y un servicio excepcional. Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “The wife and I went back to the old neighborhood to visit somebody at the hospital driving around we found modern plate. We figure we’d give it a try. There is no doubt in my mind that this place eventually will be a five star restaurant. The food was phenomenal service atmosphere But I will tell you this much. Don’t go there with your good. Looks thinking you’re gonna buy something bring your cash, but it’s well worth it. The wife and I cannot wait to go back to try something else.“

“There’s so many things I love about Barrel & Vine!! The food, of course! And the fact that everything is made to order, they have lots of gluten free options and they are all delicious! “I've visited Osito's Tap a handful of time, but now I definitely need to be a regular. I was here last night for their Preservation bourbon tasting. It was an enjoyable evening learning and tasting some great bourbon, plus a nice dinner menu created by Osito's Tap very own Executive Chef. I've missed out on similar tastings here before, so I was happy to make this one.
As for the bar itself, it's a speakeasy with a giant Mezcal menu. If you're looking for great cocktails, an easy going spot, and good company. Then this is a place to be at. Definitely a GEM in the Little Village neighborhood.“

“Posto 31 is arguably the best restaurant and ambiance in the La Grange/La Grange park area. The food is consistently high quality at a fair price point. Portion sizes are great and the drinks are delicious.“

“Went in bold without ever trying this place to celebrate my 30th birthday and this place was absolutely stunning and delicious. The staff including the chef were truly attentive(compliments to the chef), thank you for an amazing experience . They asked if anyone had allergies to start off too. Their food and drinks was delicious. I had their chicken Alfredo, my husband the gnocchi with braised beef & various of my family their seafood linguine and the flavors were bold and exquisite. Flavored shots were amazing and so was their dessert (my favorite was the banana pudding). I have a few family members who are picky eaters and even they really enjoyed it. I have worked in the restaurant business downtown and this place is better than some places ive had in downtown Chicago. Great for dinner & special occasions. 10/10 for everything this is one of our new favorite places in the area.“

“This is hands down our favorite restaurant. We eat here at least twice a week, and the consistency is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The service is warm, efficient, and always welcoming. The chicken skewers are outstanding. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked just right every time. They are flavorful without being heavy, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The Greek salad is equally impressive. Crisp vegetables, generous feta, balanced dressing, and always fresh. It is simple, but done exceptionally well. When a restaurant can deliver this level of quality consistently multiple times a week, that says everything. We highly recommend it.“

“Everything was great. From the food to the service and even the prices. My husband and I went for Valentines day. We got the V-Day which was a birria pizza n desert for $25. My husband had the ground beef enchilada dinner. We both had a passion fruit margarita. The birria pizza was cooked to perfection. The meat was seasoned, tender, and tasty. The consome was 10 out of 10. My husband said every in the enchiladas dinner was good. The owner and his wife are very friendly. The wife took the order and had a wonderful conversation with us. Food didn't take long to prepare. Great experience will be back soon.“

“What a great gem I came across. I initially found them through Groupon, and I loved the tour. The tasting was amazing, and I probably should have ubered because you'll get knocked on your behind from all the tastings. Lol.The owner and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend going and seeing for yourself.“

“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“This gem in Western Springs was a sweet surprise so close to home. Bonus...1/2 price pizzas in Sundays. Food was delicious and service was super fast! The outside of the building is so deceiving...the inside of the restaurant was modern, cozy and comfortable with and open view kitchen and large bar area.“
“Popped into Toby's this evening. My first bar on my first visit to the USA, and boy did I pick a good one. The service was excellent, Janet and Ashley were extremely welcoming. The vibe was relaxed and the regular clientele all seemed friendly too. Drinks were very reasonably priced. I hope to visit again very soon!“

“This was a great find with a wonderful vibe. I was looking for something different for the wife and I to celebrate our 27 yrs together and this place did not disappoint. From great cocktails, a limoncello spritz and whiskey cinnamon maple sour, to the duck liver pate, all delicious. The owner and staff were all very friendly and pleasant. We’ll be back!“

The service was beautiful, the food was immaculate and the vibe was everything. I’m already looking forward to the next time we get to experience the taste of Belize! We ordered the stew chicken, fried fish, Mac and Cheese, stew peas. We also ordered a delicious drink and they gave us a shot of margarita ( it’s so strong you only need one) Ahhh our bellies and hearts are full right now as we sit in the car too hyped to pull off. We will most definitely be back and back soon!“
“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

“My friend celebrated her birthday there, it was okay I mean the club is a great vibe but the staff didn't make us feel all that welcomed, they just started at us most of the time but when other ppl came in they were attentive there's a man that walks around very intrusively looking at your table for I guess garbage and just tak6e it off the table no excuse me or waiting until you're done with your food, I didn't purchase any food I just had a long island ice tea which was watered down 👎🏾. The best thing was the DJ JE IS AWESOME 😎👍🏾✌🏾🫶🏾 FR 📢 I WOULDNT HAVE A PAETY THERE BUT TO EACH THEIR OWN I RESPECT THAT. “This was my Family’s first time here, and we celebrated Thanksgiving. Jessica was our waitress. She did an excellent job and service to 9 of us. We also thanked her for coming in on a Holiday, with a great attitude. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks to the hostess who gave us a warm welcome.“

“Breakfast restaurant at the top of Le Meridien. I would highly suggest the Eggs Benedict and did watch a guy a table over annihilate the Waffles. He said he loved them. The coffee is done European style using illy brand, so it will not be sweet.“

“Food and service are both excellent. Greeted with a smile, food is made to order, so no microwaved dish......I had chicken/shrimp fajitas the first visit and they were DELICIOUS!! Went back second time with a relative, got the shrimp diablo......should have taken the server's advice about the heat, but I didn't, therefore I suffered 🥲 the consequence......she was awesome though and had the heat taken down for me. Owner came out to greet guests and was super sweet. This place is a hidden jewel that has some of the best Mexican food in the area. I would say take my word for it, but being that you probably don't know me, don't take my word for it, go try it for yourself!!“
