“MEII Tea has the most fantastic brown sugar dirty milk tea (boba 75% sweet), amazing tiramisu cream puffs, lemon tarts, strawberry shortcakes, etc. This amazing Boba tea & pastry shop is an amazing gem in Springfield and everyone should try it at least once! The complex flavors from the teas and pastries are an exceptional journey for the taste buds! Monica is super friendly!“

“Going through town, I stopped. Great service. Friendly staff. Good prices. Disappointed that the loaf of bread and hamburger buns were moldy the day after I bought them, but yet 4 days from best by date. However it's a discount place and I live 3hrs away“

“Laila is a very dedicated worker decorating cookies with delightfulness. Never in my 46 years of life have I ever seen someone with such good work ethic. Not only is her work ethic good, but her customer service is so amazing that she treats me better than my husband does. I walked in and she had the biggest smile on her face and greeted me with positivity, something my husband has only done once. She is a spectacular role model for everyone and i am honored to call her my server, and the face of the company, crumbl.“

“Eva’s cookie Jar you absolutely exceeded my expectations! The design and colors were perfection. I’m extremely happy I chose you to make our cookies for a baby shower I was hosting. Unfortunately the baby shower didn’t happen…yet, as the little princess had other plans and arrived early! Eva graciously worked with me adjusting the order and gave options that worked for both of us! Once we get the baby shower rescheduled we’ll definitely be touch to order more!“

“love the lotus drinks! but the customer service not so much... I am aware I came through the drive thru at 540.. you close at 6. I was not the only customer though...there were 2 other cars. The young girl who was working the window,clearly, was not happy.. it was written all over her face.. not one half of a smile.. I am by myself and ordered 3 drinks, I have 2 cup holders, so I ask if there was a drink carrier, she nodded and closed the window, opened the window back up to get the drink that she had given me first to put back into the carrier, I said sorry for bothering you with that since she yet again had an attitude. she says absolutely nothing and hands me my drinks and shuts the window. It was a very cold interaction, my only guess is because I came through so close to closing time.. I am so very excited to have Haes come to sherman but I sure hope those kind of attitudes dont come with it.“

“I received a wonderful delivery here in Chicago as a gift from someone. The Oatmeal "Raisinette" Cookies and Pecan "Zapple" Bread are amazing! The were packaged well and delivered quickly. Please consider A Lil Sumpin' Special for a treat for yourself or sending goodies to someone.“
“Although coffee is good and staff cordial, beware that this business charges a "Non-Cash Adjustment" Fee when customers pay with a charge card. In addition to coffee, I bought merchandise totaling $25.00. I was charged $1.23 for using my charge card. I do NOT recall seeing a warning sign. Staff did NOT alert me to their policy. Disappointing experience.“

“Love coming to this place, so cute and great vibes + their bagels and coffees are always so tasty! I just wish their hours weren’t so all over the place and they kept more consistent core items on the menu/in stock. A great addition would be adding some more toppings to the menu! Also would love if some chairs were put up where the tables are, for a dine in option, like they had previously.“
