“Anam Cara Cafe was the perfect location for our family reunion on Black Friday! We were able to reserve a private room, so the little ones had free range to run around and not bother other patrons and the adults could comfortably hear each other and catch up. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from setting up the reservation to not rushing us out at the end of our gathering. They gave us great and attentive service without hovering and interrupting our conversations. Food was excellent and served promptly. Would definitely recommend! We're already talking about meeting there again when the Wisconsin and Chicago sides of the family meet up the next time.“

“My daughter loves this place. I’m trying out the membership however I’m a busy working mom and the hours are not that convenient. Closing at 5pm on a daily basis gives my daughter 0 minutes to maybe an hours at most once a week to play. I wish they were open later til maybe 7 or 8pm would help. “Man! The place is always clean, free snacks like pizza, chicken tenders, and the best gummy bears I've ever had! They got all types of soda, water, beer, wine, orange & pineapple juice. They have Little bags of trail mixes, cookies (Oatmeal Raisin are the best!) Brownies, chips muffins! What else are they missing!?(Ice cream during summertime) They got all the current great games, but you know they can't fit them all in one location so they have another store 1 block away for those other games and with they same freebies snacks. The girls at the counter are always working hard and I appreciate their effort to make my drink worth coming back for.“

“Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. “

As far as I know, this location is open until 2am and perfect if you're on a date and not ready to go home, but want to go somewhere quiet and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and sit and chat. I had a very pleasant experience my first time here.“

“This restaurant is in the Woodfield Mall but you can enter from a door outside from the parking lot also. We had to wait a little to be seated although the restaurant was not very crowded. Our waitress was nice. Kind've reserved but pleasant enough. We had the Carne Asada which I ordered medium. It was very good. The beans and rice though we just okay. My friend ordered the Cozumel Shrimp Taco that he enjoyed. After we received our meals, we were asked if we wanted tortillas which, I had assumed, would just come with the meal so wasn't sure why they asked. Overall the restaurant is fine and we would return.“

As far as the service went the lady with the cane, even though it look like she was struggling she served us all and always asked us if we wanted a drink or some snacks or anything. The atmosphere... everyone was having a good time and the machines were hitting so everybody was having a ball!.... except for the one guy on the end. It wasn't his lucky day, maybe next time for him though. I walked out $160 in to play & about $580 cash in hand!“
