“My wife, myself, and 2 young kids have been visiting Level Up Cafe & Lounge since they opened. The owners Shawn and Victoria do a great job. The staff is very friendly, they have delicious refreshing protein shakes, smoothies, food, and adult beverages. We absolutely love the atmosphere and free arcade with purchase. There are always young children there whom our kids are always playing with. It’s a great social, playful, and friendly place to be. We highly recommend Cafe Level Up & Lounge for a fun night out!!“

“Came to this cafe multiple times. I received the best service today from Jose at the register. Super chill and kind. Made sure we left with everything we needed and felt taken care of. I wish I got the girls name bc she whipped our smoothies up perfectly. Not gonna lie it’s actually one of if not the best smoothie I’ve had from this location. “I am pretty critical of boba as there are so many places that pop up and fall short. I was honestly very impressed with palgong and have nothing but good things to say.
1) we arrived an hour before closing, and the tapioca was still fresh with a good chew (already winning in my book!)
2) they had a great selection of flavors, but more importantly, they offered the classic flavors like regular milk tea which had the perfect amount of ice & sweetness.
3) the Korean corn dogs are made in house which I thought was so cool! They are 100% beef which is appreciated since I don’t eat pork. It was fried to perfection and dressed with yummy sauces.
4) they had some fun activities, there was a wall of claw machines that you could buy tokens to play and another side that had some free family games like jenga and connect four.
5) Lastly, and one of the most important points; it was very clean inside like surprisingly clean. The tables did not have crumbs or anything sticky, the bathroom was spotless.
I love when establishment pays attention to large & small details, it is very aesthetically decorated . I will definitely be back when I’m in the area and highly recommend to anyone looking for some good bubble tea!

“I work nearby the Elmhurst Currito so I order from them quite often. I recently had an issue with one of my orders and Nick the GM was able to fix the issue right away which I really appreciated. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Most importantly, the food is always fresh and delicious. On the flipside, I gain more purchase points 2wards more free items.“

“Having recently moved near the area, I finally decided to check this place out. I absolutely love trying new boba shops, and I am thrilled that this one is so close by. Great atmosphere with cute decorations and plenty of seating. There was only one worker behind the counter at the time who greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was so sweet and made my drink very quickly.

As for the boba itself… it’s great! I got a brown sugar boba milk tea which I was glad to know was non-dairy (despite my love for all things dairy, I am lactose-intolerant. Booooo). The milk tea itself was great. For a brown sugar drink, it wasn’t too sweet at all, which I liked as I usually get my drinks with less sweetness. However, the tapioca was a little hard, a result of it either sitting out for too long or being chilled. I’m sure it would’ve been a thousand percent better with the tapioca’s real chewy texture, but I suppose I can’t complain since I walked in on a slow Wednesday afternoon.

Great shop overall, and I surely will be a regular!

“Ummmm….these are the best churros I’ve eaten in my whole life thus far. I have them to about 8 other adults and 10 children and EVERYONE mentioned “Oh! These are really good!” Service was quick and for me got the order correct. They got it down on how a churro is suppose to taste and the texture crispy outside soft inside but not gooey like it wasn’t cooked all the way. They are utmost fantastic hot but they are just as enjoyable cool/cold. There are not many at all that can past that test. I got plain churros cause I’m not a fan of them having stuff inside BUT based on how the plain one taste I am tempted to try all the flavors!! Waited 30 min for a burger and the only reason I finally got my food cause i went there to figure out what happened as everyone else got served before me. They have variety of ice cream flavours, rolled ice creams, smoothies all handmade. We ordered a funnel cake with chocolate ice cream and 4 toppings. Loved it taste and texture. Their rum and raisins ice cream was also good, tasted more like a gelato. It's great for the price. Some of the staff barely speak English, so takes some time but they coordinated well.
