“What a nice spot in downtown Lagrange to get some dessert.
The process is simple:
1) Select any combo of the 10 yogurt flavors
2) Select from a collection of toppings
3) Get your cup weighed and pay
The lobby can seat about 20 including high top chairs on a busy day.
The atmosphere is clean and the crowd is nice.
There is limited street parking. Otherwise, you could park in the parking garage about 1 block behind the building.“

When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“?? Hey fellow Google Maps users! ☺️ I went to Cold Stone Creamery in La Grange on 7/02/24 (Tuesday) with my boyfriend, his younger brother, & their cousin. This was my first time coming this location. I love Cold Stone and it truly never disappoints. I think it’s located at a perfection location because it’s right next to the Classic Cinemas La Grange Theatre.
? Food: I ordered my usual, a Coffee Lovers Only. There’s no Cold Stones near me, so I had to treat myself by getting a Gotta Have It/Large size. It reminds me of Jamoca from Baskin Robbins.
? Atmosphere: I loved the atmosphere. I went on a really hot day, so it felt nice walking into the cold that is Cold Stone. ?
⭐️ Customer Service: I thought the customer service was good. The cashier that took my order was really nice. Make sure to tell the cashier your phone number if you’re a rewards members to get those points.
? Overall Experience: Overall, I had a good experience at Cold Stone Creamery in La Grange. I would highly recommend this place if you’re craving some dessert after getting some food around the area and/or watching a movie at the Classic Cinemas La Grange Theatre which is right next door.

Parking: There’s a parking lot, parking garage, & street parking which is all FREE. Street parking is hit or miss, so I totally recommend parking at the parking lot or parking garage. ?“

“If you haven’t been here go! The Italian ice is delicious. Micro lemon peel in the Italian ice is definitely an authentic taste. The custard is delicious too! The staff is welcoming and so nice. My go to place for a cool treat’“

I have to have it every day and I walked miles to that ice cream parlor this week the owner and the boy Jake that worked there was such awesome people too. I will definitely be back. “By far the best Italian place for breakfast,lunch and dinner !! The atmosphere here is the best from the cashiers to whoever serves you your food ! Ann Marie was the sweetest I came when I was 8 months pregnant and ate everything!! From a meatball sandwich to the chicken limón to everything else my husband ordered off the menu !! Ann Marie made me feel the best straight out of the hospital this day!! She gave me a good long list of baby names that I will appreciate forever !! I cannot wait until my baby boy gets a taste of this place !!! If I can rate this 10 stars I would ! ❤️“

“The fro-yo and drinks are good. I think they lack variety on the boba milk tea though. The customer service is good, never had any issues with the employees. Its not terribly expensive but costs can add up quick. Overall a great ambiance, perfect for hanging out.“

For some reason you have to check in at the center of the counter and then wait in the middle of the entry-door until you get called, which is confusing AF for people who come in and think they're standing in line. (Sorry guys the 8.5x11 laminated signs don't rectify this).“

“Came here on my lunch break and was very impressed with the menu. The fact that they were able to make me exactly what I wanted was even better. A Pepino and Line Smoothie with Tajin. ? Zayra took our order and was just the sweetest thing. Thanks girlfriend! ?

Been going here for years in addition to Bensenville, Wooddale,Fox Lake & various other locations. I actually did a review of several DQ's & Addison is tops. Kid-friendliness: They had a really nice fenced in are and padded seats at the picnic table that's wonderful for children. They also had the inserts for cones so the kids didn't get ice cream everywhere.“

“Visited Fishers location - so glad I did! Non-dairy lemon chill was pleasantly creamy (expected it to be tart like sorbet, but it was mild and delicious!) - and non-dairy caramel was amazing! So nice to have non-dairy flavors with flare! My son had cake batter and crazy cookie - loved them both! Our new go-to for ice cream - thanks, Eiffel Waffle!😎“

“Stopped in prior to an appointment down the road at Hines VA. Absolutely amazing customer service, (I wish I asked for the employees name, my receipt says Liz) but she was the friendliest, warmest, most pleasant person! “As soon as I walked in the staff was absolutely friendly! I ordered a mangonada an a couple other items for my boyfriend and my kids and we all absolutely loved it. Hands down has to be one of the best ice cream spots. Not to mention every other ice cream place takes forever to serve the customers they were quick and gave great service it made everything 10x better.“
