Depending on your age range it can sometimes be full of people you went to high school with, which is sometimes good, and sometimes not! One of the better bars in town for sure.Parking: Metra lot, street parking.“

“Stopped in quick for some pizza and to watch the game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved their tater tots. Pizza wasn't our style, but hit the spot after a long drive. Great place to watch the game.Parking: Lot is pretty small and a little difficult to get in and out of, but there was parking available.“

“It’s a pretty neat place to come and stop by for some food and a drink. They had the fire pit going on outside this winter and thought that was cool. Staff there seemed really friendly as well. Lots of people come here from the wedding venue up the street.“

“The first time I ended up at this place it was because I found it on a Google search when I was looking for some tacos close to my job.I'll be honest, when I saw that it was inside of a gas station, it felt a little sketchy. I'm so glad I tried it, though! Their tacos are great!! I've been here many times and the quality and flavor is always consistent.“

There are a lot of Mexican restaurants out there, and this one is tied for the top spot in my experience. The majority of us go there. We all grew up together or attended school in the area and know each other. Great place to get a brew or mix drink, and reminisce. Lots of old faces in here. If your from here or seeking info about our town... Then you know where to hang out at. Restrooms, Karaoke, Jukebox, Full Service Bar, Pizza and Chips, Dartboards and plenty of seating available. “Celebrated my fiancé 30th birthday there and it was the best. Kenny made sure we had everything set days before the party, showed up to the party to help out and make sure everything was great. He would keep up with checking in every so often which was nice to have the owner involved and actually care how it was all going. The bartenders were super awesome and made sure to check on everyone who was in the golf simulator on drinks and food. Overall I’m so thrilled we did his party there. Would 100% recommend lulu’s to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean, laidback vibe and overall fun. Thank you guys for being so awesome!“

“Kiefs reef is a fun clean and friendly establishment. My family and I often come here and are treated like family. The service is amazing the food is great and the atmosphere is very inviting. The waitresses and staff are wonderful. Couldnt ask for a better home town bar and restaurant.“

“Lots of potential here. Cozy with a large outdoor area including seating with fire pits. Wood is $15 if you want a fire. Clean restrooms and friendly service are found here along with newer but tight indoor seating area. Will go back as this was our first visit. Live guitar player/singer outside named Josh that sounded very good but froze his fingers off... Tap Room, give him some heat! Met friendly and fun people so looking forward to stopping in again. It's located right across from Klein's on Plank Road.“

“I came here on Monday, February 12th, with my friend for my birthday and we spent a good amount of time in here enjoying our drinks and chatting. It was so nice and comfortable inside and there was a good selection of chocolates, too. Also, there were vegan chocolate options which was good for my friend. I had the matcha latte and it was so good! I wish I would have gotten a larger size, but that means I'll have to make another trip out there to get one! It wasn't very crowed when we were there and it was rather peaceful, too, as we couldn't really hear the people around us talking. I can't wait to get back to Woodstock and get myself another drink from here!“

“What a great vibe in here! The clientele is mixed and everyone is chill. There are middle aged and millennials, regulars and newbies all in one small space. People come in off the street while walking their dogs just to say "hi". The look is an eclectic mix of rock n roll meets pop with some hippy mixed in. In the back is fun outside seating. If it's nice, get out there and relax. Don't miss out on this place and don't be afraid to go inside ladies, don't be fooled by the outside...it's perfectly ok and you'll miss out on a gem.“

“Good and bad things to cover, so why five stars - rated for what it is and how they perform to those standards. Easy to find and close to other bars for some fun bar hopping! Parking can be a bit tough if you are not familiar with the area. Matt’s is a dive bar vibe with enough TV’s to keep you entertained by the game. Worn but kept pretty clean!! No kitchen . Only a couple of gambling machines. The patrons were mixed between locals and people waiting for the train across the street- everyone was friendly. Kelly O the bartender did a fantastic job. The big win that impressed me was a big crowd came in and the owner jumped in and helped unlike most places where they let the bartender drown and the customers suffer. “I ordered the taco lunch special which was delicious; one steak and one Al pastor. The salsas served with the chips were not spicy hot; the red one had tomato chunks and fresh cilantro, and the green one was smooth. I will be back to try everything on the menu! Great service and a real value for 9.99.“

“Perfect dive bar for an autumn night! Drinks are very cheap and the bar is casual and relaxed. There is a jukebox and snacks for sale but no beer on tap...only Jaeger the crowd is mostly male and the place is pretty run down. If you stay long enough though some locals may just bring in their pups! Nothing better than dogs in a bar in my opinion!“
