“I made my first visit to Prime Sushi & Ramen today. It won't be my last. I ordered negihama maki (yellowtail roll) and salmon roll for pickup. My order was ready on time, the portions of fish were high quality and generous, and they got my special request (no wasabi) right. I haven't had the dine-in experience yet, but they occupy the former Amore Mio space, which is lovely. I'm delighted to have another fine restaurant in that space, and I look forward to becoming a regular!“

I really recommend the Totori Kani , Godzilla, and the Miami Roll, and you can never go wrong with the fried rice (but really everything I've tried here is amazing). 100/10 recommend!“

“I went to Wok n Fire for my first time tonight and got to experience it a little differently with it being the first day you are able to dine indoors since COVID. “If you want authentic food an amazing experience then this is your go to. The owners are hardworking and they do everything themselves. When you come here, you will be greeted by the hostess/waitress with a smiling face. A sweet Japanese man will be making the sushi and a lovely woman in the kitchen preparing with love all of the hot dishes. It is places like this that I love to eat, quite the opposite of the corporate chain restaurants who give you minimal while charging the max. This place does the opposite. You get the full value out of your dollar and it is well spent. The freshness of the sushi and the flavor of the chicken yakitori are second to none, because love is an ingredient that is not often found in restaurants anymore. Please do yourself a favor and bring your family to a restaurant that you will feel wholesome while filling you up.“

“Ordered carry-out from the Vernon Hills location and loved it! Fantastic quality ramen, flavorful broth and still hot after getting it home. Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.“

“I’ve been going to Tokio Sake for last 10 years. The food is amazing and the variety of Sake to choose from, the Chefs are creative and consistent . Not many places carry bluefin tuna but Tokio Sake does. Sashimi is fresh and kitchen entrees are outstanding.“

We ordered three different chicken dishes: Cashew Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli, and lemon Chicken. All of them tasted unique. Their YanYan Special rice was great and had a good amount of shrimp. The over all experience was to my liking.“

But unfortunately there’s a server that stared us down our entire meal, from different areas in the room and it made us extremely uncomfortable. She was friendly when she did interact with us, just extremely intense with the staring, never experienced that in any restaurant or even public space ever. Food was delicious tho!“
