“So I normally don't write reviews, but I am a regular at this Scooter's location. I was there this morning to grab an iced coffee and a burrito before I head to Missouri for work. When I first got there, the line was long and I was at the very beginning of the entrance. However, the workers did an amazing job despite how busy it was. I got my order in under 10 minutes. They were very efficient and I think they all deserve a raise! This place always had my business and they will continue to keep having my business!! (*^‿^*)

“I moved to Highland back in July of 2023. Recently got a job in town and recommended by my boss stopped in to Michael’s coffee shop. Had the best experience! Was not rushed she answered all of my questions and even asked if I would try my specialty drink before I left to make sure I liked it! My drink was perfect and their lemon blueberry muffin was delicious! 10/10 recommend this place and will definitely be going back. This store is located near Scott Air Force Base, OFallon, IL. They offer limited edition military merchandise.

I stopped by here for few hours and I really appreciated the baristas and how much they kept a positive attitude, despite being short staffed and getting through crowd rush hour. I ordered some food and hot beverage and all tasted good.

This store supports military big time. Although, they’re small on the inside with limited seating, they show love in a much bigger way. They accommodated each customer and made sure they were comfortable and completely satisfied.

When I visited the Starbucks HQ in Washington, I met a friendly front desk lady who shared with me that her and her spouse were both in military.
She also shared with me, “Starbucks focuses on hiring thousands of military personnel to help them keep their jobs, should they or their spouse have to be transferred to another location.“

“No matter where they are transferred for military purposes, Starbucks has their baristas back. They offer smooth transition into a new store for them. Making new friends is a bonus.”

My order was made fresh, efficient and tasted great. I enjoyed my stay here, while on business. If you’re a military member, come by here and enjoy your stay.“

“I wouldn't normally rate a fast food place, but this is hands down the best McDonald's I've been to...and I've been to a lot of them! Food is always hot and fresh, dining room clean, and staff friendly. Drive thru super fast. I'm lovin' it!“

“As with any mcdonalds, orders can be wrong, or food can be substandard. With my order, I ordered both nuggets and strips. The nuggets were fresh and of good quality (for mcdonalds), the strips were not. Overcooked, extra oily, dry chicken, and only flavor was of old fryer oil. When brought up to the cashier, he got the lead/supervisor/manager (someone with the power to handle the problem), and she was immediately apologizing and after replacing with the same items, or substituting. Because of this, I decided on substituting for another cheaper (by about 30 cents) item, and she got it out to me extremely quickly. Overall, for the things I their control, 10/10 service, just some quality issues from cooking.“
