“I love coming here in the afternoon with my family. whenever the tall kid and the muscular kid work I know my order will be complete and 100% correct before I even finish my order. As well whenever I come I come in the store when they work it is always super clean and the service is impeccable. Their milkshakes are next level it is what keeps me coming back. No one can compare to what these guys can do with a blender. On top of that their ice cream scooping skills are legendary. I once saw the tall one put 9 scoops of ice cream on one waffle cone!!!! I always see people hit the curb in the drive thru and I do not understand why as I have seen 22 foot box trucks fit through without hitting the curb. I already know my order will be accurate when I see the two " Older" looking cars outside. its a shame they can't afford better cars. These two employees are the most efficient workers I have ever seen. It is just a shame that management can not keep items in stock.“

“Love coming here the staff is very nice always happy to see us. The atmosphere has a great vibe love the music.We tried the new donut buttermilk. It is so good. Favorite is the avocado toast and omelet bites. Theres so many different Dunkin’s to go but the one in Lemont on 127th is my favorite. I pick them over others any day. “I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“We absolutely love this place. The food is great, the customer service fantastic, and they always donate to local schools and help support the community. The owners are incredibly personable, and always personally greet us when we come in. You can always see one of the owners helping customers, running the register, taking out food, and/or busing a table. The absolutely lead by example, and I believe this is one of the main reasons Sweet Toast delivers incredible food and customer experiences.“

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “This is my all time favorite Dunkin. The staff is always so kind especially the morning workers. The food and drinks are always consistent. Whenever I go to a different Dunkin it’s never the same quality as this location. I always get the frozen coffee with butter pecan and blueberry. Never disappoints. I also highly recommend the snackin bacon. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and savory. I think everyone should go to this Dunkin. You guys are my favorite!!“

Coffee’s always on point, food’s hot, and the crew moves like they’ve got somewhere better to be (in the best way). Even when the line’s wrapped, they keep it pushing. “This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

“I still remember my THAT first very early morning cup of coffee in 1987.
I was introduced to the place at Belmont and Clark in Chicago when they used to serve my favorite ONION donuts, and I was addicted to having it with plain cream cheese.
In time, I tried to upgrade to various high-end coffees, but unfortunately, those were not 'my cup of tea.'
Although they do not serve ONION doughnuts, I am still hooked on their taste of coffee. However, now I have changed my doughnut to be plain with vegetable cream cheese. Another great combo. Try it when you visit next time.“
