“The Firecracker shrimp was amazing! I loved and hated it at the same time. Absolutely loved the flavor and texture of this dish. It became problematic , though, when I couldn’t stop eating the spicy goodness even as my face was melting and pooling at my toes. It was that good. Was it that hot? Well….. Mild sauce usually burns me up so you’re asking the wrong person. However it was a tasty challenge. The fries were the perfect crispy. So good that we went back the next day. I was tempted to get the shrimp again….So tempted. Hmmm…. Maybe tomorrow for lunch?? ? ? Great food and service.“

Mary (the owner) is very gracious and flexible when it came to letting us come in early to set up. The bartenders and servers were great. Everything went perfectly and I couldn’t be more happy! “After spending almost all day in Volo museum we wanted to have a nice dinner and this place was just 6 min away..I wish I took some picture of the food but I was starving.. the prime rib was a good portion. It was delicious..I ordered chicken Marsala and had a Chardonnay with it and all in all the experience was amazing. The waitress was cheerful and very accommodating and the price range was very affordable...we will definitely come back..“

“The bartender was very nice and accommodating and the place has a friendly atmosphere but definitely needs more light in there and could use a bit updating. I got takeout and the food was amazing even after getting a bit cold cause I got stuck in traffic lol (Not their fault at all as It was warm when I got it). I would definitely get food there again (but dine in) as everything was really good and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.“

“Damn. Just Damn. My wife and I are both chicken wings fans. And hands down, these are some of the best wings I've ever had. Perfect seasoning, healthy chicken, and so much more affordable than the big chains. They are so good I had to order 3 dozen to go. My only complaint is that I don't live closer.I have one warning, if you come by to try these wings, you'll want to order a bucket of them to go.I apologize about the picture. “Happened to be in Antioch with my daughter and stopped in The Lodge for a late lunch. I had one of the best, if not the best chicken wrap with fries. It was wrapped, then heated on the outside, delicious. My daughter had a grilled cheese with tomato with onion rings, she loved it. We were too full to eat desert, but we took a piece of homemade tiramiso with. It was a slice of heaven. Great service and wonderful food“

“Friend of mine introduced me to this place around 2 months ago and we now go every Saturday. The food is absolutely amazing and cannot beat her prices.From the homemade chips n dip to the salad to the main course... Steak and chef's choice on potato/veggie. Everything is cooked to PERFECTION. Had asparagus tonight and just the perfect crunchI cannot say enough good things about this place. Our waitress is the BEST. Had tacos for tacos Tuesday. They are amazing! They have cream of potato soup oh my It's to die for. Just that home style food. Try it you won't be disappointed. “Went here for the first time a few weeks ago the staff and owner were super friendly and welcoming. I decided to go back to eat a few days later with my family all the food was great and we are quite picky!! This will definitely be one of our new go tos whether it be for lunch/dinner or just a quick beer. “I've been here a few times now since the change from Touch of Class and am always pleasantly surprised at the quality. The food is great, and usually exactly what I'm wanting. The chef has dropped by my table a few times after we've eaten just to make sure everything was good and what we were wanting. The service is always rather quick and polite too! The overall ambience seems to still be developing as time goes on but nothing bad. A great "burger" joint (with far more selections) that hopefully continues into the future.“

“Love me some Sandlots! I come for the Gumbo, honestly, but I've had a few other things on their menu, and have not been disappointed. I love that they offer a 'Southern' menu, and the corn beef dinner for St Patty's Day is the best in the area, hands down. I have very few critiques about Sandlots (I wish their tartar sauce for the fish fry wasn't sweet)- I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a low key bar/restaurant in the area that serves great food!“

“Service is on point. Very friendly people there. The set up of the bar is awesome. The food was good and the portion sizes were perfect. My mini corn dogs were a little dark. Maybe I caught them in need to change the oil day. Prices are typical prices for a bar. Just really amazed how well that bar is taken care of inside.“

“Had St Patrick's dinner at Morgan's tonight. Food was excellent ! The corned beef was cooked just right. The atmosphere is cheery and friendly. It felt like a neighborhood "cheers" bar with great bar food and service. We definitely will be frequenting it more often.“
