“We arrived late and were tired and hungry. Miss Maria was so nice and kind to serve us. My burger and my daughters salmon Caesar salad were wonderful. Miss Maria knew we were stressed out, she was there to take care of us. We were in town for my cousins funeral and Miss Maria was most accommodating of our needs. We returned in the am for a very nice breakfast.“

“This place is great! I come here often because my boyfriend plays music here with his bands. The food is amazing! The fries are my favorite. There’s also a really great server here every time I come. I don’t know his name, but he has long black hair that is usually tied back. He’s really nice to me. And he doesn’t judge me for my neurodivergent tendencies lol like wearing sound canceling headphones and stimming. He’s my favorite person that works here. Also, my boyfriend enjoys playing here. It’s beautiful inside and out. It’s really clean too. It also doesn’t get too crazy here. It’s family friendly. I’m not sure what ages are allowed, but I’ve seen some kids in here before. Highly recommend this place!

“Last night's dining experience was was one of the nicest evenings we've had in quite awhile. The restaurant took exceptional attention to my gluten sensitivity. Each course was perfectly prepared and presented at the table. Our server was delightful taking the time to explain each course to us & answering any questions we may have. I thoroughly enjoyed the wine pairing with my meal, while my husband opted for the Antiguan Uno Malbec. It was a lovely Malbec. Started with the AZ eggrolls, crab cake, and seared tuna appetizers which had so many great flavors. We then moved to Balsamic Ribeye, jambalaya, salmon, snd roast chicken crepes. Everything was spiced and cooked to perfection. The bread pudding, raspberry cheesecake, and pumpkin cheesecake were incredible as well. “After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

Despite a packed parking lot both mornings, we were seated right away thanks to their fast, efficient service.
