“First the food was actually really great. The Korean ribeye was what I’ve been missing being a California native that’s used to eating Polynesian and Asian food. Pizza, Spinach dip, and the Martinis was not the best but good fruit mixes. Despite a few mix ups my sisters and I enjoyed the place. BIG ovation to the manager on duty Monday evening that listened and addressed the issue promptly. The staff are very professional and I’m looking forward to another visit soon. Great job guys!!!“

“Industrial-chic decor with brick walls and exposed overhead ducts. The menu had so many delicious-sounding options that we'll need several future visits to explore more. We were there for lunch. I had the short-rib sandwich with fries. The meat was tender, the ingredients tasted fresh making the sandwich deliciously flavorful. The fries were perfectly cooked. The portions were generous enough for leftovers. Would definitely return.“

“We had a party of 11 and we were seated within 15 mins. Our server was GREAT!! His name was Jordan. The food was HELLA GOOD!! I would definitely recommend. We went to the location in Lombard. Love it here. The food is great. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is cool for a date night and for family/friends!! You won’t regret it. Trust me!! “We dined at Topaz in August 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a comfortable booth. A special mention goes to our server, Sasa, who was incredibly attentive and provided great suggestions. He even surprised us with complimentary limoncellos, which were absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had the grilled octopus and hummus—both prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. For the main course, we chose the Dover sole and Amish chicken. These dishes were exceptional and stood out as some of the best we've ever had. The potatoes served with the sole were also a delightful surprise. Portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. We highly recommend Topaz and will definitely be returning!“

“I love Standard Market's Seeded Rye Bread! It is one of the best rye breads to be found anywhere in the west suburbs. Unfortunately the last two loaves I bought are so very , very salty? I do bake bread myself (not as good as Standard Market's) I am aware of the role of salt, sugar etc. and their proportions, so why this extremely salty version ?“

“Ellyns has awesome food and a very friendly environment. Never had something I didn’t like, and can always find something new on the menu. Great drink menu and specials. Ellyns will always be a go to!“

“Fantastic elevated food in a contemporary sunlit space with a water view. Well worth the drive for us. I started with the butternut squash and apple soup and a arugula salad with baked goat cheese, and my husband chose the creamy cauliflower soup and mixed green salad with currants and blueberries. The soups were both rich and flavorful. The salads were delayed in coming (perhaps because they had run out of arugula as my salad contained another leaf lettuce) but both salads were very good. The bread on the table was baked in house, also very good. We both had the hangar steak with whipped potatoes and sauteed spinach. Excelkent! We weren't asked how we wanted the steaks done but they arrived as we prefer them, medium with a warm pink center, with a charred crust and a slightly smoky flavor as if wood grilled. Perfect! A brownie sundae completed our meal. We will definitely be back.“

“The food is great. Our experience was alright. Our table was not ready at our reservation time, no issue but they forgot to come get us from the bar and I had to go back and ask if our table was ready 20 minutes later. Our server was great but the wait for everything we ordered was quite long, had to be reminded that we ordered tea, he had to check on the appetizers as they were not brought to the table, then the entrees were brought while we were still working on apps. I am also not a fan of kiosks on tables at upscale resturants.“

“The wife and I went back to the old neighborhood to visit somebody at the hospital driving around we found modern plate. We figure we’d give it a try. There is no doubt in my mind that this place eventually will be a five star restaurant. The food was phenomenal service atmosphere But I will tell you this much. Don’t go there with your good. Looks thinking you’re gonna buy something bring your cash, but it’s well worth it. The wife and I cannot wait to go back to try something else.“

“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“We have been to Kindred many times. We keep coming back because of the food and the staff. The food is always delicious. I go there thinking I will get my favorite menu item, but find that there is something new to try. I'm never disappointed. The menu has so many good choices. The presentation is nice too. The staff is so friendly; everyone greets you when you walk in. They are genuinely happy to see their patrons. This is a great place.“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

“Beautiful facility with three 9 hole courses. I've played here a half dozen times for the annual futures industry outing. The course is always in excellent shape from the fairways to the greens and even the traps. It's a challenging course with lots of water hazards and bunkers guarding the fast undulating greens.“

“Berger bros is a regular spot for us and for many in our area! Great food done well. Casual setting. Long time professional servers - shout out to the bartender. Outdoor patio is very nice and often will have live music. We are slowly making our way through the menu- we repeat often for the tuna, chicken sandwich, smash burger, grouper. We can sub a side salad for fries the cheesecake is amazing treat and large enough to share!

“I would give this place 100 stars if able! I had to plan a rehearsal luncheon for my son's wedding in Joliet in mid May with only 2 months notice. Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. When we arrived on the day of the event, we were so delighted by the venue! Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. The appetizers and meals were served efficiently and right on the timeline I had planned. The food was incredibly delicious with a pleasing presentation. Our guests had so much fun with the Wine Stations, and the whiskey lovers appreciated the variety of choices. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy our guests since all the work was done by Andrew, Cheryl, Alex and the kitchen staff. The cost was very reasonable, especially so close to Chicago. Highly recommended!“

“I always liked this place but when we went there for dinner on NYE I was blown away by the atmosphere and the food! We started with the queso dip which was amazing. My partner had the prime rib which is melt in your mouth delicious and I got the seared Ahi Tuma. I will totally go back and get the Tuna again, it was so good I don’t really have words to describe it. It is a bit pricey but the bill is totally justified due to the quality of their food and the atmosphere. So if you go there you have to get the queso dip appetizer and the Ahi tuna. You will not be disappointed“

“For a great mixed drink, ask for Beth. Friendly and took time to chat with us. From out of town it's always nice trip add places to out lost to come back to return we visit Chicago.And you could tell her attitude was genuine and not just to get a tip. When staff is friendly it just makes a place seen more welcoming. The drink was delicious and OMG she knew EVERY single one of her flavored vodkas off the top of her head! They've got a lot. “The healthiest place out if all food places in on the Terminal 5. I ordered this bowl via a screen where I could add more options which I wanted (vegetables), so I received a balanced healthy bowl. The size is quite big, the taste is not bad. I didn't see any tables so I ate it in a waiting area.“
