I ordered through Sweet C’s website for a birthday and I was behind on ordering due to my kids being sick. Celia was extremely kind despite it being a last minute order that was 100% my fault.

She had 2 dozen cupcakes for me and they were delicious. Everyone loved them - from the adults to the kids at the party. I always order extra cupcakes to bring home in case I can’t sit down at the party and enjoy a cupcake. I only have 2 left over and now have to share with the kids?! Not happy. Next time I’m giving myself a 6 cupcake buffer instead of 4.

Very easy to communicate with, is on time for pick up the cupcakes and you can still upload a design like she had in store. 10/10 recommend. We went with chocolate cupcakes and a vanilla buttercream. The cupcake will so soft and the buttercream was perfectly fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. Very well balanced cupcake.

The customer service and the cupcakes were both outstanding. Placing my cupcake order for my birthday today with a 1/2 dozen cookie kit for Halloween.

I'm finally rating crumble 4 stars because crumble has come out with mini versions of their cookies weekly too. The app is amazing as well because you can accru points for freebies. Sometimes, the cookies can be to raw for my taste at this location or there not enough sauces or toppings, but it just depends on the flavor and batch.“

“Ordered a Tres Leche Cake fora Mexican party. Sandy who helped me was terrific, very helpful. Carlos also. Sandy asked if I wanted anything written on cake I said fiesta. When I went to pick it up, the 1/4 sheet looked like it had been decorated by professionals. It was just so very beautifully decorated I could not believe it . So much much more than just the word fiesta. Taste people could not get enough, everyone just loved it. Not too sweet perfect & The price was way under what it should have been. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. “This is the best cake shop in 20 mile radius of Arlington Heights. I have tried 5 cake slices of different flavors until now and all were fantastic!! The cake is low on sugar and has real cream. The lady who works there is friendly and discusses flavors and textures with me. I am thinking of buying a whole cake for private and office parties. This place beats all the bakeries in town and trust me I have been in several countries and many states within the US. Don’t let the slightly isolated location deter you from visiting. Cheers.“
