My wedding was scheduled for August 8,2020. But due to Covid-19, we unfortunately had to cancel. Janice was extremely compassionate, understanding and flexible during the whole process. Sweet Home Gelato was the most compassionate and flexible vendor. It is not easy to cancel a wedding, unfortunately many vendors were not as accommodating. Janice immediately offered a refund, date change or gift card for the deposit. Sweet Home Gelato was under no circumstance required to issue a refund. I visited the Deer Park store with my son, and when he had a meltdown over losing his favorite toy, the crew member (Sri) went above and beyond. “I was very happy with the employees that worked there, but i gave it a one-star for the food. I was very disappointed in the twist cone I received. It was like eating whipped cream. Don't get me wrong, I like whipped cream but not as a cone. The reason why it was like this is because the machine wasn't calibrated correctly in the beginning, or they ran out of mix, and when they added more mix. And then the machine when out of calibration. I know this because I worked in the food industry for 35 years.“

“I ordered a small request of chicken tenders and cheese curds (that's it!!) And it took almost 30 minutes for them to get it to me. So much for fast food. The worst part was I ordered takeout, so by the time I got home, both the chicken and the curds were cold. But every other time has been no problem, with really good food.
