“Was taken here by friends. Place is great, food is 10/10. Unfortunately the lack of accountability for forgetting my friends drink was not okay with me. After bringing me and everyone else's drink the server let my friend know his was coming. After a few minutes she apologized and again said it was coming. After we were just about finished eating she again asked if he ever got his drink. How do you not know if he got it or not when you are the server?? At this point my friend said he didn't want it anymore and the server just said okay. Didn't even apologize...“

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. I had the two fish (grilled) taco combo and it tasted even better the second time. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, and even better, the service and staff were nothing but fantastic. I have always seen this place in passing and it always caught my attention, since I had it, I haven’t found any other fish tacos that I have enjoyed as much as this place. It was good but I had to say I was expecting it to be better. My wife had the Pescado(fish fillet) and she said it was good as well. I don’t trust my wife much when it comes to fancy food cuz she’s a picky eater and is more a burger, pork chop or fish fry kind of gal. Overall it was a very nice dinner for both of us and wouldn’t mind coming here again.“

Still five stars though, this is just a heads up that this place seems to be called Fuego now and has a totally different menu.“
