“Great customer service at this location, only my second time I've visited this particular one, but I'll have to make it a point to stop by more often. The crew gave me a very welcoming vibe. Plus you can't go wrong with the King Roast Beef Hot, with everything, plus chips. Has been my go to ever since I was a child. That was a long time ago! 😅“

“The concept for the menu is a unique trip along the Pan-American highway with stops at various Latin countries. Each dish and drink is thoughtful in its ingredients and presentation. The jicama salad was refreshing, but not at all plain. The pastel de choclo was a wonderful surprise of a warm dish. The frozen el arenal was seriously dangerous in how delicious it was, I can’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere was beautiful and the music was perfect. We are so thrilled to have this gem in the neighborhood and can’t wait to see what they do in the future!“

“A small celebration was planned at Giordano's in Willowbrook for my nieces' Baptisms. My Hubby and I walked in early with balloons and flowers, two hours early, in fact. Yet this did not faze anyone there. They could not have been nicer. "You're a little early..." "We came to decorate." Stephanie showed us to a sunny corner of the restaurant, all set up for the expected 20 guests. She offered us an ice-cold beverage. Several hours later, the party was in full swing, with a wide variety of fantastic pizza spread out among the many tables. It was served after a delicious and very fresh Caesar salad. Yum! All of our many favorite flavors/crusts were represented, which kept Stephanie busy serving the tables. The pizzas were hot with crispy crusts. The mostaccioli had stretchy cheese with an almost creamy texture. It had a little kick, too. Fabulous! A dessert table followed the pizza, which was just right. We never felt rushed, and so stayed to visit a while longer. This Willowbrook Giordano's was super clean with a cheerful, efficient staff. Thank you, Stephanie and Manager Patrick. We will return!“

However, I want to specifically highlight a young man by the name of Dominick. I can’t say enough about Dominick. He possesses exemplary customer service skills. Every encounter I have had with him, he has been very courteous, very professional, very engaging and above all has gone the extra mile to accommodate my “special requests“. In addition, my most recent encounter, approximately two weeks ago, I could see the absolute joy he received when seeing how happy I was when he was, once again, able to Grant a special request for me. You just don’t see this level of customer service in the fast food industry. There just aren’t enough adjectives which adequately express how great of a representative Dominick is for DiCola’s.“

I spoke to the manager, Jackie, at the Damen location . She understood my dilemma and told me to come anytime to Damen location. I came today to pick up my order , even though, it was more than a week after I placed the order. She remembered who I was on the phone and the order and personally made the chicken burrito for me. “I was in town for a concert and looking for healthy food in the neighborhood. I came across IncrediBOWLS and we walked over to the spot. Once we got there, I was confused because the building had a different name, turns out IncrediBOWLS was a ghost kitchen service during Covid and he implemented it into the main menu because everyone liked it. Once I got in and checked out the menu, I ordered the Gainz bowl. It was incredible, service was great, atmosphere was incredible. Will definitely come back if I'm in town again.“
