“Great customer service at this location, only my second time I've visited this particular one, but I'll have to make it a point to stop by more often. The crew gave me a very welcoming vibe. “The concept for the menu is a unique trip along the Pan-American highway with stops at various Latin countries. Each dish and drink is thoughtful in its ingredients and presentation. The jicama salad was refreshing, but not at all plain. The pastel de choclo was a wonderful surprise of a warm dish. The frozen el arenal was seriously dangerous in how delicious it was, I can’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere was beautiful and the music was perfect. We are so thrilled to have this gem in the neighborhood and can’t wait to see what they do in the future!“

“A small celebration was planned at Giordano's in Willowbrook for my nieces' Baptisms. My Hubby and I walked in early with balloons and flowers, two hours early, in fact. Yet this did not faze anyone there. They could not have been nicer. "You're a little early..." "We came to decorate." Stephanie showed us to a sunny corner of the restaurant, all set up for the expected 20 guests. She offered us an ice-cold beverage. Several hours later, the party was in full swing, with a wide variety of fantastic pizza spread out among the many tables. It was served after a delicious and very fresh Caesar salad. Yum! All of our many favorite flavors/crusts were represented, which kept Stephanie busy serving the tables. The pizzas were hot with crispy crusts. The mostaccioli had stretchy cheese with an almost creamy texture. It had a little kick, too. Fabulous! A dessert table followed the pizza, which was just right. We never felt rushed, and so stayed to visit a while longer. This Willowbrook Giordano's was super clean with a cheerful, efficient staff. Thank you, Stephanie and Manager Patrick. We will return!“

“Great pizza! Moved into the neighborhood and was trying to find a good local pizza joint. I found them via advertisement in the weekly ads. Business is always very professional and kind.“

The drink my friend got was weak though and there was a customer inside while we were eating talking way too loud and vulgar for the small space of the restaurant. The chef knows how to cook, at least the one that was there that day. Also the salsa and chips were phenomenal or maybe I was just hungry! Overall it was worth the trip.“

“This little shop is the perfect addition to west town! It’s very modern but cozy inside with a 4-5 tables. I’ve been a few times for both dine in and takeout. The staff is super friendly with great suggestions and happy to make modifications. In the morning I’ll get a banana fosters latte but half sweet which is just perfect. It’s got a lovely banana cinnamon mix. For lunch I’ll get the shawarma salad with chicken, the rice in a nice touch that makes this feel more like a meal than just a salad. I’ve had the gluten free treats and they are definitely on the healthy tasting side. All in all love this place and will be back again and again!“

However, I want to specifically highlight a young man by the name of Dominick. I can’t say enough about Dominick. He possesses exemplary customer service skills. Every encounter I have had with him, he has been very courteous, very professional, very engaging and above all has gone the extra mile to accommodate my “special requests“. In addition, my most recent encounter, approximately two weeks ago, I could see the absolute joy he received when seeing how happy I was when he was, once again, able to Grant a special request for me. You just don’t see this level of customer service in the fast food industry. There just aren’t enough adjectives which adequately express how great of a representative Dominick is for DiCola’s.“

“Its a been a while since Ive been at an Olive Garden. The service was great: patient and efficient. I had the shrimp scampi lunch portion that came with a soup - it was the perfect size & tasted good. Also had the Sicilian Cheesecake; not gourmet but good.

The manager came out to greet us near the end of the meal. He asked about our food and service & offered to take away our empty plates. He then gave us a card with a QR code to scan and provide feedback. He also flipped the small screen around, so we assumed he was encouraging us to use it to order dessert and pay? Then he walked away, forgetting to take the empty plates - haha.“

I spoke to the manager, Jackie, at the Damen location . She understood my dilemma and told me to come anytime to Damen location. “I was in town for a concert and looking for healthy food in the neighborhood. I came across IncrediBOWLS and we walked over to the spot. Once we got there, I was confused because the building had a different name, turns out IncrediBOWLS was a ghost kitchen service during Covid and he implemented it into the main menu because everyone liked it. Once I got in and checked out the menu, I ordered the Gainz bowl. It was incredible, service was great, atmosphere was incredible. Will definitely come back if I'm in town again.“
