“We ordered for three people. My drink was incorrect. I went inside, and the drink was made. I do believe that it was started wrong. I didn't say anything and took it, hoping that it would be okay in my system. It turned out okay. I don't usually have problems at this one.“

My first visit to Grounded was absolutely delightful! This place has such a cute and inviting atmosphere – it's truly a whole vibe that I instantly fell in love with. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed.
The staff were wonderful, too. For the most part, everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which really added to the positive experience. It's clear they put a lot of effort into making customers feel at home. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or a vibrant place to hang out, Grounded nails it. “Great family owned and operated bakery. Their pastries are right out of the oven fresh and are fantastic. Their cakes are great especially their Blue Berry Cheese Cake. OMG FANTASTIC !!! On Sundays they have the best Tamales I have ever had. Its a clean friendly place. I highly recommend this bakery.“

“This location runs incredibly efficiently because of the drive-through employee named Brittany. She always gets everybody's order perfect right and she is lightning speed fast. I will only come here because of her. I met her by going through the drive-through so many times and realizing that the only time things moved, was when she was there. “We don’t often see managers going above and beyond for customers, that is why my experience here was so positive. I live in Cleveland and placed an order here to provide coffee and donuts for a local non profit. The order was picked up the next day, but the receipt was not. I needed the receipt to submit to my company for an expense report. Alicia reprinted it, took a picture and sent it to me. I was so grateful! I did stop in the next day on my way to visit the non profit. It was a wonderful atmosphere of hard working and busy employees. It was clean and there was nice music in the background. I spent about an hour working there using their internet. It felt like home and everybody made sure I had everything I needed. Of course the coffee was delicious! It’s Dunkin! And a lot less expensive than another coffee place! I love that they offer healthy options such as turkey bacon sandwiches. Great experience and a big thank you to Alicia for helping me out over the phone with her quick thinking and solutions to my problems!“
