“Ashley helped me choose exactly what I wanted & she was so extremely friendly!! The frozen pineapple float machine was broken, but right when it became working again, Ashley personally made me the frozen pineapple float (which i did pay for) & brought it to me. “Usually great service and people, but you guys missed the mark tonight. The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. Not a great outing tonight.“

“so ordered combination teriyaki and garlic parmesan wings and an order of macaroni and cheese, the teriyaki wings were fairly saucy and reasonably tasty move on to the garlic parmesan wings which had zero sauce however they did have Parmesan on them. according to the manager they didn't have any sauce on it so they parmesan them up. now let's move on to the macaroni and cheese I've had macaroni and cheese out of the box from Aldi that had thicker cheese sauce. so I questioned the manager about this his exacting answer to me was we buy our ingredients for that at Walmart. so you buy your ingredients from Walmart when you're a restaurant so that's not actually acceptable and the lake county health department standards for a restaurant. you could literally pour the cheese sauce out of the cup so I question the manager on both of these and he's the one that told me this and didn't seem to give any care about our dinner... so I'm just leaving this up for everybody else they don't seem to care. didn't offer to make anything right and well they will never get our money again. if you want some macaroni and cheese Heck just go to Walmart and buy some you might get the better quality than they make.“

“My good friend Maureen threw a party here for her granddaughter’s 9th birthday a few weeks ago and the owner/manager Selena went above and beyond to make her day special! She set up tables and extra crowns. There was Halloween coloring sheets for the kids and she made ordering meals and getting drinks for a party of 13 easy!“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

“We stopped and had A Fabulous meal!! Our first time. Gyros and Italian beef. Everything was hot and fresh. Delicious!! Service great!! Hard working and polite- it was a real treat. The young lady who took our order was cleaning tables when there was no one at the counter. All these are important to us- especially Being a previous restaurant owners. “Alexes Vienna Beef and Kronos Gyros always has a nice friendly man take your order at the register and the french fries and the Gyros and Char broiled Hamburger is the best I have ever tasted in Mc Henry County Alex's thanks all you nice friendly men who work there I would highly recommend this place to stop at and eat lunch or dinner you will not be dissappointed and the food is fantastic and he gives the customer the best bang for his buck !“

“Thanks, for just being open!! My husband and I were sitting down eating when an older gentleman (Ray) came in set his stuff down on table and went up to counter to order. Ray was informed that he was to place his order at the Kiosk. Ryan told cashier “I don’t know how to do that”. Young lady told Ray she was not allowed to come out and help him. Poor Ray was going to leave ( he really did not know how to order on kiosk). I went and helped him 😊 Ray was a happy camper with his meal ☺️☺️. Thanks again for being open!! Just feeling bad for the little older generation 😔 anything that can be done to help them with the kiosk ordering would be great. Thanks!!“

“Oh employee of the year! Natasha provided far the best customer service experience I have had in at least 10 years. The customer before me gave her such grief and she was flawless. Then she treated me with a helpful attitude and a heartfelt smile. Because the customer is always right- I am requesting that she have some sort of compensation for her hard work. Brownie points are not enough. She is a perfect example of the kind of service BK should strive for. Five hundred star review.“

“I haven't been here in a while and won't be going back. I ordered eggs Benedict. I could not cut the english muffin even with the steak knife they gave me. It was hard as a rock. The ham was fried deli ham and the hollandaise sauce was watery. I expected better than what I got. My husband had the breakfast burrito and said it wasn't the greatest either. The waiter was not very attentive and so soft spoken it was hard to hear him. Goodbye ihop!“

“Our Agility Club RACE was Celebrating 20 years this weekend and we were not able to have our Ice Cream Social as Planned due to COVID-19, the owner/manager at this Dairy Queen worked with us to make it happen for our exhibitors. “Very clean fast food establishment with a drive thru, outdoor patio, and a spacious indoor venue to eat inside. Plenty of free parking. Huge menu. Very friendly staff no matter the time of day we visit. Some sandwiches include an order of tasty fries in the price and some of the sandwiches allow different choices of bread, buns, croissants, etc to make the sandwich the way YOU want it. If you have a question, just ask...the customer can usually be accommodated.“
