“So i decided to make this review for this Dunkin Location was because i went to this location on Friday October 10th 2025 and this is was my first time going to this location too and when i try to get a morning breakfast i order my fresh coffee and 1/2 donuts and what it make my day that morning was the employee was very polite and have me an excellent service what make my day was when i bought 1/2 dozen donuts i never had anyone heat the 1/2 dozen donuts before and i was so excited when i got an excellent service so i want to recognize the whole team at this location for the best excellent service and specially the one who heat the donuts that make my day.....“

“I went here for my grandma, She was admitted to the ICU on Wednesday to Northwestern Mchenry hospital. Today she had surgery at 1 and after the surgery all she wanted was a White mocha from starbucks, so I went and got one and told them about it, and they were so nice and the wrote a sweet message on the cup for her! It made her day and she was so so happy, whoever was on staff today (6/19/26) around 4:10 thank you!“
