“First , the smoke and aroma comin’ out the roof exhaust pipes . Lol 😛 Known for their hamburgers , dogs , apparently everything else on their menu is good . Being a member of Chicago Italian Beefs fB page , I just HAD to try theirs . “I have lived in the area for over 30 years and I have seen the place many times, but never stopped. Today we felt adventurous. I am very glad we did. I ordered the Gyro sandwich with the house sauce. They offered tzatziki or their homemade sauce, I would recommend the homemade sauce. The fries tasted like classic fast food fries, however with an extra dash of salt. Finger licking good.
We tried the chicken nuggets and they taste like how a McDonald’s nugget should taste like. Very crispy and delicious. The hot dog was a classic Chicago dog with poppy seed bun. I would prefer this dog over Portillos.
As far as the service, they were quick and efficient. If you are in the mood for fast food, I would reccomend you give them a shot.“

“I must say I didn't know there were two Bob O's Restaurants in Chicagoland. VutI stopped in to try the Beef and the hot dogs. They were good but I like the beef on Irving Park more. But I would eat here again if I was in the hood.“

“Old school hot dog and sandwhich place. Taking a point off the dog for the missing poppy seed bun. Taking another point off because it is missing tomato (sign indicated this so I knew what I was getting). But adding a point cause the fries are legit. Is it my top dog ? No. But very tasty dog at a good value and a quality place by owners grinding out a living and for that, much respect.“

“Gpay didn't work and I had no physical card. After trying the Gpay several times, I gave up. The manager asked for the drink I was drinking back, lol. I got in the car, saw my wallet in the seat and decided not to go back in. I drove out of my way to try this food, but this experience with being asked for the drink back was shocking. #theapartmentlady“

“Went for a late weekday lunch. Just ordered the Chicago dog, fries and soda. Hit the spot! More of a takeaway place for locals. No real parking, only paid street parking. A small counter to stand and eat if you'd like (I did). Nice owner.“

“At first, I was a little apprehensive because this is inside the Home Depot, but the food was absolutely fabulous. The hotdog was great. “I decided to visit again since it’s under new management, and there has definitely been a huge improvement! The new owner was the one that attended us, she was so sweet and very welcoming! She offered us a sample of goblin fries which were delicious!

“Stopped by for a quick lunch after grocery shopping. My friend ordered the Saturday special—the Super Burger, a massive ½‑lb burger served with fries. I wasn’t as hungry, so I went with the patty melt instead.
The Super Burger lived up to its name and was topped with grilled onions and mozzarella cheese. My patty melt was spot on: crispy bread and a perfect burger‑to‑grilled‑onions ratio. I also grabbed a large fountain drink, and refills were $1.
The interior has been recently updated, and they’re clearly making good use of the space, including a half‑booth facing the window. The booths were comfortable, making it an easy place to sit and enjoy lunch.“

“So I was googling where can I get a good pizza puff near bensenville and this place came up. I seen they had fresh cut fries and there's nothing like a good fresh cut fry so I figured I'd give them a shot! Man I was not disappointed at all, I ordered 2 hot dogs and fries and I gotta say the but dogs are better than portillo's and the fries are off the charts! It cost me about 12.00 for 2 hot dogs and 2 fries the price is as good as the food! My first time here and will definitely not be my last. I don't know how I've missed this place I'm looking forward to trying other things here!“

“Stand-alone restaurant on the corner had a lot of choices on the menu. We tried a few classic Chicago items; Italian beef, Gyros, pizza puffs, hot dogs and Italian ice. Everything was go, hot and fresh. The dine-in area was clean and had lots of tables available. Staff was so helpful!!“
