I visited KFC @ 1009 Steve Bowne Dr, Mendota, IL. I was traveling & stopped @ KFC. Cashier: Cara was exceptionally polite & kind. I commend all the young people who works @ this KFC.
I purchased 4 piece meal with the two sides for $10. The chicken was Freshly Cooked, potatoes with gravy was also popping hot. Everything was excellent.
I frequently stop @ this KFC in Mendota, IL when I am traveling through this region. Great job. Never experienced negative things @ this KFC.“

“The last few times I've been here I've gotten great service. Once was a young girl still being trained but she did awesome. Wish I caught her name, very friendly and helpful. Today it was (apologies if spelled wrong) Tristan I believe. He did fantastic! Please give the guy who worked 4.6 at around 3:30 pm CST a raise! He was working very hard and was literally the best customer service ever.

I work as a supervisor for a customer service call center and I would've stolen him from you all in a heartbeat if we had an opening. IDC if he doesn't want a promotion to go with it, PAY HIM MORE. He handled the hectic situation of my order like a champ and did it with a smile.“

“How's I've always had a great experience with this McDonald's and I also go with my aunt and get a caramel frappe or chocolate drizzle on the inside it's really good and I normally get their burgers and whatnot in the fries“

“It's a McDonalds... But it was clean, and food was prepared quickly and correctly, so no complaints. The card reader on one of the kiosks stopped worked while I was placing my order, so I had to pay at the counter, and when I told the employee at the counter he actually made a note to have it fixed - it was working the next day when I came back in. Always good to see people who care enough to do something instead of just brushing it off as not that important.“

“This location needs to really start to look at their drive up an fix the menu bord, it's been busted for at least 1.5 years, the kids inside are trying hard but the outside looks awful an it kinda worries me about the quality of food they are making.“
