Haven’t had Barbecue like this since Alice on 43rd between Wabash and Michigan Ave. Moreover Alice , there’s a new Queen and King of Barbecue. It’s the best! The brisket dry, the ribs uncooked, and the fries was hard asf. You'd be better spending your $50-$100 at the grocery store and make your own bbq. I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“

Drove past this place around 9AM and saw and smelled all the smoke coming from this place.

Came back later after they opened and was glad we did. Ordered 2 medium tips and 2 medium combo tips and links.

All 4 orders were loaded up. Great value for the price.

The sauce was mild and not sure if there were more sauce options. Next time gonna tell them to put sauce on the fries too.“

“Forget the girl at Burger King...Noriah ( I hope I am saying her name correctly) at Lawrence's in CC Hills, Illinois should get the soul food employee of the year! She handled about 8-10 customers taking orders, cooking food, chopping up rib tips, slicing cake, grilling fish, boxing food...plus more! I was so impressed! She was AMAZING! Only issue I have is why is it accustomed for all steakhouses to render down the fat on side of steaks. That the most tasty part, but when it's rendered, it turns into an inedible rind. The portions of meat were generous and well-seasoned, generously coated in BBQ sauce, making them quite delicious. However, the Mac and Cheese did not meet expectations and needs improvement. I was taken aback by the restaurant's size; it was quite small. As someone in a wheelchair, I had difficulty making a 360-degree turn due to the narrow waiting area. Despite this, the atmosphere was pleasant, filled with the enticing aroma of BBQ, and the chef was friendly and laid-back. Overall, I recommend Medley's BBQ and plan to return to try their Turkey Tips and Fried Chicken Skins.“

“My sisters and I stopped in yesterday afternoon. Been coming here for quite some time. We were there in July and enjoyed a delicious Italian beef combo. It was served on great Italian bread and the au jus was plentiful and tasty. Second best beef I’ve ever had. Sad to say our stop yesterday was not so good. They changed the sandwich, now served on toasted hoagie bun with a little cup of au jus. Very dry. My sister had a meatball sandwich, also dry. We won’t be looking forward to stopping by anytime soon. Go back to the old recipes, please.“
