It is always a pleasure to engage the Subway Sandwich engineers. Despite "supply chain issues" throughout the World, you can STILL get biscuits-n-gravy at this fine establishment in Millstadt....oh how I wait for tomorrow's breakfast!“

“This is definitely the best Taco Bell. Heads up, if your heading to Waterloo better stop at the Taco Bell in Columbia. Unfortunately, Waterloo is really bad about not giving you your whole order. I can’t tell you how many times I have gotten home and missing so many thing.

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I had the pleasure of meeting a spectacular employee yesterday. Kaylie greeted me outside with a cheerful attitude and assisted me beyond expectations. Chick-Fil-A usually has above average service in my expiernce but Kaylie really helped brighten my day. I just wanted to take a sec to thank her and give her a shout out. It was a very cold day and I was impressed that she could remain so positive while working outside. “This is a fast food chain eatery. They serve only a limited menu of Hardee's offered foods Pre-packaged and grilled. The Metro area of St Louis needs to offer more of a variety as created by the franchise chain. Other than that the service of the staff is ALWAYS on point. Courtesy is always on the menu“

“I went to Hardee’s drive thru in Waterloo, IL on, August 25, 2024 for breakfast. I was immediately greeted by this cheerful, friendly voice over the speaker. She took my order and I pulled around to the drive-up window. I had my card ready to pay and was greeted by this kind person. I told her, you really know how to put a smile on someone’s face, and that person was me! She said her name was Tywanna. I hope Hardee’s corporate reads this and recognizes what a wonderful, caring and kind person they have on their team. They are very fortunate! Thanks Tywanna for the amazing service!!“

“It's not too bad. I get a lot of drinks here. The only main complaint is that they always pack my drink full of ice even when I put light ice. It's completely full, so I only get a few drinks out of it. Kinda made me stop ordering as much.“

“It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

“We just went through the drive-thru, but White Castle food is always as good as expected. The service was friendly, but it took a very long time for us to get our order. I think we waited up to 25 minutes and we were only 4th in line at the time. Prices are reasonable and you get good value for your buck. Manager please retrain your kids how to make the Cookie dough Blasts.🙏🏻 Either there are absolutely no dough chunks mixed in the Ice cream and only a spoon full of melted ones on the top. OR there where a few they put in the ice cream before they blended it which disintegrated them into tiny little specs, with a few melted ones sprinkled on the top. “When I first moved to town 10 years ago, this place was a disaster. However, the past several years it’s become outstanding, one of the better locations I deal with anywhere. The manager, Mariah has really turned this place around and they don’t have a bunch of crap employees like they used to or the other bs.

“One of THE BEST subways to go to. The customer service is great! All the workers are kind and very polite! They always make my food perfect and I never feel rushed. Clean store, clean cold table, and they take coupons. I've gone in at lunch and I've gone in the evening and the customer service is great! One of the biggest things for me is a girl switched gloves when making my sandwich! She washed her hands and had gloves on but when she contaminated them by touching something else she immediately switched gloves. Thank you to whoever trained this worker!“
