“Coco’s catered our 70th birthday party event last weekend. I would rate the service and food 5 stars! Very helpful and quick to respond in the planning stage. Every guest was promptly served. Upon ordering at the truck, they were given a ticket. So nice not to stand around waiting. Guests could return to the party or tending to their kids. After a few minutes their order was ready for a return pickup. The food was authentically superb! And such a novel experience rather than same old Portillo’s! Thank you Jose and shout out to the Severson Family for the recommendation!“

“Gas station tacos, I scared people saying that, then they were pleasantly surprised when they ate them. Again another hidden gem , you might be surprised don't go in expecting 5 star high-end, but we'll worth the price to bring home“

“Restaurant was very clean, nice and quiet as well. Workers were the real standout here (whoever was working around 1pm) they were very attentive despite having multiple customers ordering, helped me with an ordering issue via the app and got my food out to me EXTREMELY fast. I’d say I’d be back but it’s quite an out of the way drive for me from my office. I just wanted to take the time to praise the employees who were working the Friday lunch shift there, again shockingly fast food, good quality (in terms of Taco Bell) and very friendly!“

“Truck came to my son's baseball playoff games. The pastor and chorizo tacos were absolutely delicious! The red salsa had a good kick and great flavor. The staff was friendly and cooked the food up quick. Definitely grab some grub if this food truck is in your area!“
