“I went to Panda Express and experienced their AI ordering assistant in the drive thru for the first time. The AI was unhelpful and very aggravating, the staff had to take over and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. I hope the AI ordering is not here to stay. It would have been 5 stars, if not for AI. I will not be back in the drive thru if the AI is here to stay.“

“The food is always hot and made to order. Have ordered here several times over the last 8 months and every time has been fantastic. The chow mein fun is a house favorite as well as the crab rations. If you want amazing customer service and great food go here !“

“Best waiting area out of any Chinese take out in the Chicagoland area.
Eggrolls are perfectly cooked. Tender but with delicious chew to them.
Shrimp with lobster sauce is nice authentic brown sauce with lots of lobster and shrimp flavor.
Beef with tomato and pepper. Savory and sweet delight!
And a soup chicken ham and shrimp and thick noodle. Wonderful and tasty! A beautiful combo.
