“Being from the suburbs traveling downtown can be an experience. This particular experience made our day. Moving our daughter into DePaul we came upon the owner of Red Light chicken who gave us a few pointers in parking near his establishment, after taking the time to help us find a spot he happily welcomed us with a free chicken sandwich which I’m happy to report was delicious. It was nice meeting you tonight and I’ll be certainly stopping by again - Fries are a game changer to!!!“

“I had an outstanding experience with Day’s Hot Chicken in Chicago. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch. We ordered through DoorDash, and when we called the restaurant, they were incredibly generous. Since we loved the food so much, they went above and beyond by adding extra items like mac and cheese and additional fries. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend Day’s Hot Chicken for anyone craving delicious food and exceptional service.“

“Great atomosphere cool concept like how they call out the alcohol and food orders when Ready. The pimento Mac was great flavor, as was the mashed and gravy. Very unique to have boneless breast thighs wing and leg portions battered and fried. Was very good. I just think the sauces were way to pricey at $1.45 a sauce wow even 99 cents seems a lot but would feel better lol. At least give one with the order or reduce the sauce price. But overall they need to spread this concept into more areas for sure out side like in the suburbs“

“This place was SO good. We got Fry N Chicken to go and it was still hot and crispy when we got home. The chicken was super crunchy but juicy inside and actually seasoned really well, not bland at all. You can tell it’s fresh.

The fries were also really good crispy, not greasy, and nicely seasoned. Portions were solid and it definitely felt worth it.

Honestly, it reminded me of Raising Cane’s in Dubai. Not a lot of fried chicken spots around here are actually yummy, but this one really is. We were impressed and will for sure be coming back. 🍗🍟“

“Cluck’N Wings is a fantastic spot to satisfy those chicken cravings! I had “The Box” (fried chicken sandwich, chicken tender, and fries) with Maple Gold sauce and it was insanely delicious…perfect blend of a slightly sweet chicken’n’waffles vibe. It was so much food you best be hungry. The chicken tenders are a full chicken breast and were huge compared to other chicken spots. The owner made my food and we got to chatting. He uses all fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, and is culinary trained. Super nice guy and I’ll be supporting this local business again. Cheers!“

“I came here initially because I got a sponsored instagram ad claiming that they have “the best grilled chicken in chicago”….a bold claim to make! I came in and tried it expecting nothing special and was absolutely blown away. I’ve been back 50+ times since.
I would recommend dining in if possible- heavily seasoned and marinated chicken hot off the grill with a beautiful char- it simply cannot be beat!“

“Love this place. I've been here a few times. The hot chicken sandwich, nachos, and fries are always great. This most recent visit I tried a double smashburger with smash peppers, spicy chopped cheese, and onion rings. The burger was probably the best smashburger I ever had, the beef and bun tasted really fresh, burger patties were crispy and seasoned, and the sauce went really well with it. The chopped cheese was really good, and onion rings were crispy, hot, and seasoned. Highly recommend this place. Everything I've had there is good.“

“Saturday evening was my first time at Parsons. The food was delicious and the service could not have been better. Our server definitely did not forget us. I had the shrimp basket...delicious and my son had the fish and chips and he also said they were delicious. We definitely will go back.“

“First time at Nandos and was amazed by the service, first walked in and was treated like family. They took their time letting me know how the menu and chicken was. I have ordered the chicken ceaser salad which lived up to the chefs word- delicious, not too spicy but enough for the flavor give a hint. Will definitely be coming again for the food. Now the atmosphere was excellent- the color theme, the lights and seating are all unique which is hard to find in Chicago. They are all about the culture they serve. 10/10“

“Absolute gluttony. We got delivery from Byrd’s and were completely satisfied. The Byrd Bombs were huge and filled to the brim with crispy chicken, fries, a piece of toast, and pickles and drenched in cheesy sauce. Eating this will leave you full for days, but it’s definitely worth it if you’re feeling especially ravenous!“

“I did take out for a gathering last night, and the wings were delicious. We got the honey garlic and galbi flavored wings, and they were a hit with everyone at the party. A friend who has done takeaway with them previously said that their kimchi fried rice was the best they’ve had, so I’ll try that next time. My order was ready to go at the time promised. You have to try the hush puppies too—they’re underrated and definitely a must. Everything is a really good value for the price, especially for how filling and tasty the food is.
