“Food was fresh and delicious, tasted very authentic! We were a party of 5 that all ordered a different dish and all was very good. Restaurant itself is a bit plain but it’s modern, clean and friendly service which is more important. Ordered the baklava at the end and it is GREAT! Thank you!“

“My Mom and I were looking for a new (new to us) Chinese-American restaurant. Palace Cantonese surpassed all expectations. Every plate we had was delicious and food was hot. The service by Calvin was outstanding.

We entered the restaurant and were the only ones during this late lunch time. We sat in the comfortable and cozy booth (firm for what my back needs). Right away, Calvin brought delicious hot tea and water. The Fried Won Ton, which is hard to find without meat, was perfectly fried, not soggy. The cup of egg drop soup was a generous portion, more like a medium bowl. The veggie egg rolls were large and tasty. The Chicken Szechuan, was like a kung pao chicken and very flavorful. I loved the touch from Calvin bringing extra peanuts without us asking. He also asked if we needed more tea even though our steel carafe was half full. At similar restaurants, I’ve not seen that service.
The final touch was receiving 2 almond cookies (plus fortune cookies), which my Mom and I love.
It’s my new favorite restaurant which I will be patronizing every time I’m in Chicago.

“Truluck is a wonderful restaurant. We were in Chicago for a brief weekend and decided to try the restaurant in Rosemont. We have eaten at other Truluck's stores before, but this was the best experience. The food was outstanding and the service from our server Douglas was perfect. Although this is considered a special occasion restaurant, I would encourage to visit whenever you are in the mood for great food and great service. There was also a lounge singer who can cover any romantic song or music to get your grove on. Well done Truluck's.“

“I have gone to Andros Taverna for many years now where I am never disappointed and always impressed with the service, the quality of food and ingredients, the atmosphere and the passion in general. Chef Doug Psaltis is a true expert and artist performing at the highest levels. The gyros are the best, best gyros in Chicago by far, the seafood world class, the homemade bread and pita are incredible. The foods and meats are cooked over wood fire, wood fire grilled. We had our daughters baptism catered from here which was excellent assortment of Greek food - this is a Greek restaurant you will go to for many years to come.“

“I absolutely love Lawrence Fish Market! I’ve ordered from them many times and they never disappoint. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, with amazing flavor and great quality. “GO TO SUDA’S!!! This was the best falafel and baklava I’ve ever had. Miriam, our server was so knowledgeable about the menu and so accommodating — multiple things were sent to us on the house and after we tried the Arak “milk of lions” and didn’t like it due to its strong liquors taste she was quick to taking it off of our bill and was very receptive of the feedback. You have to try the labneh spreads and beetroot mutabbal too! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is Suda‘s daughter and came to find out that every recipe on the menu is her mom‘s very own. You can taste the love in every bite. The only constructive feedback I have is I wish I came here sooner. 11/10 RECOMMEND SUDA’S!“

“I went in there last week to buy jumbo shrimp $24.95 per LB. Is there new owners in this place. When I got home there was small shrimp with a couple of Jumbo...I should of took a picture. They use to put the fried shrimp in a wax lined brown bag...now they have a with paper container when I got home all was cold. Not wasting my time..“
