“We're 50 min away from this krekels .and will drive there for now on ...service. food and inside cleanliness. Was 10..good attitudes /and there air worked ...these are all things ....that spfld krekels does not offer.......most of the times ...we've been in there .....spfld krekels. Seems to not go by .....even though we're driving farther for better all around. Experience....it's a few dollars cheaper also ...my hats off to management and essentially staff of Mt lions krekels....“

“Food was absolutely amazing 👏 I'd highly recommend coming here if you're in Decatur Illinois. I seriously got my money worth instead of going to some fast food place which would have costed the same if not more. I spent 9 dollars and got a drink and a delicious double cheese burger that was cooked to order. 😋 they also have ice cream so it would be a great place to go for the kids, they have many flavors. And even with them being super busy I literally only waited a few minutes to get my food. I was very impressed about the wait time with it being cooked from order super fresh veggies and again I'd highly recommend coming here.“

“I had a great experience at Krekel’s! I tried the cheeseburger, and it was delicious. YThe strawberry lemon ice cream was the perfect way to finish the meal. The combination of sweet strawberry and refreshing lemon was absolutely delicious.“

“This was the very first Culver's we went to. Our son lives in Maroa, which is north of Decatur. We were really glad when one was built in a town only 12 miles away from our town. We live in the southern part of Illinois and it is around 3 hour drive when we visit our son and his family.

Parking: There are quite a few spots for parking, but of course this is a busy place in a larger town, so sometimes it may be hard to find a spot, but food is worth the wait.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spots. I hate to see when people who don't need them use them because they are too lazy to walk from the side of the building to the entrance.“

“They have lots of options to chose from but the reason I'm leaving a 5 start review is because they're conscious of people with food allergies! My toddler has a peanut allergy and when I informed the employee she went to the back and got my son's ice cream from an unopened container to ensure no contamination occurred. It's hard to find places we feel comfortable getting treats from with my toddlers allergy.“

Serves was fast ...food great and bathrooms are the cleanest in Decatur ...as a patron to fast food restaurants doesn't matter how good the food is if you are treated like just a number, not here at this location they treat you like you are special! Davone treat that counter as a stage and the customers as your audience you will either move up at kreckels or someone will help you grow financially and professionally by hiring you for bigger and better things ...shine on young man and God bless 🙌“

“Me and My daughter come and get ice-cream almost on a weekly basis and the staff has always been friendly and kind. W have only had 1 mistake and they fixed it right away for us. We also get the ice-cream cakes every year for all of our families Birthdays hands down the blizzard chocolate Brownie fudge cake is amazing its our go to all the time.“

“Best Dairy Queen. Clean each time you go in. They move their drive thru like super fast. Theyre the only dairy queen that seems to comprehend food first, then you make the ice cream so it's not melted. They do it right at this one. I have one 2 blocks from me and I purposely drive the 20 minutes to go to this one because of the purpose of food made then take a minute or two later then ice cream. I repeat it because seriously I can't tell you how many times the one on 1st street gives melted ice cream.
