“Me and my aunt got here at 6;46pm they close at 7pm, angie was reaññy nice and made our drinks, after she had been done cleaning the machines. Which was really really nice of her to do! We know it is a struggle when you are working alone and already had washed the machines BUT she made it work for us!Thank you angie! ?“
“My drink was pretty good but even though I ordered extra ice, the liquid was warm so it melted fast.
My biggest suggestion to this location would be , when your customer gets to the window of the drive-through, and you have no one else in line and you’re doing nothing, don’t consider this your free break time.
Maybe take the time to clean the hand prints and fingerprints off the window or arrange some of the cups outside the window or maybe just have a conversation with your customer. Whatever you do, don’t just stand with your back and your butt to the window the entire time waiting for someone else to make the drink and hand it to you so that you can turn around and just give it to the customer. All that says to me as the customer is, “I don’t want to be here and you shouldn’t want to come here.“
If you want to know what I’m talking about visit Volo or McHenry locations. Their customers are made to feel that they matter.
If you watch the video in the summer game this week, this store is just the opposite of that today.“
“This location in Mundelein was amazing. The three Baristas and the girl at the register were extremely nice and made my Mother's and my coffee exactly the way we like it. I had a grande caramel macchiato (hot) and mom had a sugar free skim latte grande and a vanilla scone. I will certainly make this my regular stop when I go to play 18 holes of golf at Steeplechase!“
“Today I went to Starbucks with my infant to do a shopping run and get coffee and banana bread. I accidentally dropped my chai tea latte on the floor in the middle of shopping. I stopped by the Starbucks again once I was done with shopping. My barista Julie was very quick and helpful. I hope you have a wonderful day!“
