“Martel’s was great! We ordered a large supreme pizza and bbq wings - both were delicious. Staff were friendly and took care of us. We walked to the restaurant from the St. Patrick’s Day parade. Will definitely go back next time we’re in the area.“
“Very nice place, and this was my first time there. I liked the menu of this restaurant because of all the spaghettis, appetizers, & the other items available there. The customer service was exceptionally well, and they had my order accurate. The food was served to me nice & warm, it also tasted great. I'll definitely come back here in the near future to order different items, so no complaints here, and you all deserve the 5 stars.“
“I really like the pizza. I could eat it for every meal. But the customer experience here is often not great. My spouse recently went to pick up a pizza we'd ordered over the phone. He waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, knowing that's how long it takes to make the pizza, before heading into the drive through. When he arrived at the drive through window, they told him just a minute, then proceeded to ignore him as he tried to get anyone's attention for another 20 minutes. My pizza was cold and my spouse was pissed. I should have asked for a refund. A drive-through is supposed to be there to make the dining experience faster and more convenient. Don't have one if you're going to blow off your customers.Also, they have a $4 upcharge for salads if you want to take them to go, which is genuinely insane. When I've asked about this I was told it's because people were overfilling salads from the salad bar when taking out... which... if people are taking too much salad, just give them a smaller container?? I could understand a 50¢ upcharge, sure, but $4?? That's egregious.“
“Had Cummares in Murphysboro tonight and it left me wanting to return. Food is cooked hot and fresh to order, great flavor,and servings. We all had some to bring home! My husband had the bolagnaise, the baby had chicken and fries and I had the extremely yummy cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce. Cannot wait to return“
