“It’s a nice place to eat. Unfortunately there was a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. They was very loud and obnoxious. Couldn’t really enjoy the atmosphere. Staff didn’t tell them to lower their voices. Maybe they need a special room away from the front so that other paying customers can enjoy their meals and conversations.“

Unfortunately we were place by a couple -( appears the male was an employee) - they were loud obnoxious- laughing to loudly- over severed - many of the staff came to chat - it was distracting and annoying. Guess we should have asked to be seated someplace else - I quiet dinner to catch up and enjoy the evening with my brother & his wife was ruined by this " inappropriate" party.“

“Carol was outstanding! She handled our party of 14 with total ease. She checked back at the perfect times for refills and more pizza, and her friendly personality made her feel like part of our group — she fit right in at our table.
She stayed on top of salads and timed everything perfectly before the pizzas came out. I would absolutely request her as our server the next time we visit. She carefully packed all the leftovers so several people could take some home, and she closed everything out with a warm smile and sincere thanks for coming.

I am also a fan of the pizza dough, which I use for homemade calzones and their shredded parmesan. This is my favorite place for all fresh Italian foods. Zeppe's has been my answer to meet my catering needs as well; 3 years in a row. This is the perfect local market.“

“Lou’s pizza is always a winner! Their buttercrust deep dish and thin crust pizza are both amazing! They will cook it to your liking and it is always hot & delicious. It has been a staple in the Chicago area for years! I remember going to the restaurant in Lincolnwood as a kid with my family, now we take all of our out of town guests to the one in the Gold Coast or doing takeout from the Naperville 95th Street location! Highly recommend for great food (salads too) and great service!! FYI, they also have a great reward program.“

“Pizza was really good. The lady who took my order was very friendly and competent. However, when my pizza was ready another lady came out and seemed to think I wasn’t the one who ordered the food. Even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Eventually gave me my food and I left. Atmosphere is typical Chicago sports theme. After driving there, ordering, waiting nearly half an hour, all because online ordering wasn’t going through, they charged me a convenience fee.“
