“I don't always write reviews, but Yuna was so helpful and nice! They treated me like I was a friend coming over for tea, not a stranger needing a quick cup in a chain cafe. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Fast, excellent service with a smile. Fantastic!“

“Service is consistently friendly, efficient, and good. The team makes very good, consistently delicious drink creations, and the breakfast sandwiches and wraps are always made well too.

The interior of this business is decent/ok and seems it could maybe use a little updating.“

“Very nice staf members. We went today with our kids and friends to get some hot chocolate and we accidentally spilled one of the drinks. They replaced the drink for free, it was very much appreciated.

“Don’t understand why people leave negative reviews for this place. If you have issues, be kind and they will resolve them.
If you come in with a negative attitude then leave negativity outside. This place is always busy and please be kind and patient, they are working their tales off to get all of the orders done.“

“My boyfriend and I have been coming to this location for years. We love it!! We recently made a trip and I am on a diet restriction due to an upcoming procedure, but still wanted to visit as it it part of our weekend routine. When we came in we knew it would be difficult finding something I could have this time. Aiden was working the registrar and let us know about some options we could do, including modifications to certain drinks, and helped us choose the perfect drink THANK YOU!!“

“It made me so happy to walk in and realize that water is for free. I’m like seven Starbucks who would charge one dollar for water and I’m so happy to share. My experience for free is usually not normal but Lord and I found out that nowhere that AMC Hollywood Palms and Starbucks let’s you get water for free“

“This location is on my way to work so typically a frequent stop for me! They are genuinely the nicest staff and very efficient. I never have to worry about being late to work even if the drive thru is 5+ cars deep because they are getting orders out quickly! I’ll miss this location when I move in the summer but if I am ever in Naperville, this will be my go-to location. Thank you to all the staff who constantly has smiles on their faces and makes everyone’s mornings better.“

“They were incredibly busy. When we got to the register the cashier/barista was very nice and apologized for the wait. They were out of the impossible sandwiches which is the only reason for 4 stars. She was very friendly and got our orders out quickly!“

“This Starbucks Has never gotten my order wrong and I do ask for some modifications to my drink. But even more so than that, these baristas are not just good at their jobs. I genuinely hope somebody in management at the Starbucks see this. But the employees here are so friendly, especially Heather I believe her name was or Hannah. I know it started with an H and she was working drive-through in the morning on Friday feb 28th. Just her overall vibe and friendliness, not just this past visit, but I’ve experienced it with a lot of barista’s at this location the past couple times I’ve ordered here. These people are beyond nice, I was having probably one of the worst days. I think I’ve had in a very long time and her just talking to me so nicely and you know being friendly and like I didn’t even tell her I was having a bad day like she was just being nice it just it really made me feel better and I really appreciate That kind of Atmosphere and friendliness. So thank you very much, I’m very glad I stopped for coffee today.“
