“This is the first time going to Potbelly and I loved it. When you walked, you were hit with the most delicious aroma that made you hungry even if you weren't. The food was really good.
I had the half and half avocado turkey sandwich and vegetable soup. I will definitely be going back and bringing family.“

“I’m bummed tonight. The order was incorrect. No extra cheese on the #17 and the #31 was made with beef - not chicken and it did not have mayo on it. Usually we are 100% happy with Jersey Mike’s New Lenox. It’s my favorite sandwich shop. Disappointed the order was not 100% since it was spelled out on the on-line order ticket. (Online order thanks to COVID-19 hysteria) The #31 was my wife’s sandwich.......I picked dinner tonight........now I have to apologize and let her pick dinner tomorrow. :( It’s still my favorite so I will recommend it.......I’ll recover after spending tonight in the dog house! 😂😂“

“Went in today to grab sandwiches for our football scrimmage and mentioned I have to put the sandwiches in my cooler bag. The younger blonde guy bagging the sandwich asked if I wanted them saran wrapped. Worked out perfect and kept the sandwiches from getting wet so they stayed nice and fresh. 10/10 service !“

“I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with a small side of garlic fries.
Was warmly greeted by the staff as soon as I entered the restaurant.
The cheesesteak sandwich was good, tasty and worth ordering again but not amazing. While the onions and peppers were sautéed to perfection, some of the meat was a bit dry around the edges. The melted and creamy American cheese tied everything together nicely. The garlic fries were hot, fresh and crispy with the perfect amount of garlic.

The meal was fairly priced for the quantity of food given.“
