Well.....Most of the breads were packed and displayed, so I felt like the crispness was gone. And I think the price range is average. I give 6 out of 10. But the milk tea sold here was so delicious i would say their a milk tea place!“

“Great food and inviting atmosphere. Staff is friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Now until August 20th. 1/2 priced breakfast and lunch. Hours 8-3 everyday of the week.“

“Awsome place got a cake with free candles!!! Cakes are not super sweet! We got the blueberry yogurt for my dad’s birthday and it suited everyone’s tastes! I have been here a few times for the pastry’s they are all delicious 😊 great wonderful place!!“

“Super friendly guys there. This was my 2nd Crumbl stop tonight as the 1st one off Golf (across from golf mill mall) did not honor my free bulls mini cookie. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“
