“This place is a gem! I mean, it’s a home bakery, so it’s not really a place, but the pick-up is seamless! And the macarons are absolutely worth it.The care and attention that went into each macaron is exceptional. They are so cute. And I love that they are the perfect size. They are the perfect couple bites of perfectly textured, and wonderfully flavored macaron.And definitely try all their flavors. I’d never had dalgona before, and it’s delicious!I can’t recommend them enough. They communicate mainly through text and email, and are incredibly quick to reply to any questions. They texted me as soon as my order was ready and my macarons were gift wrapped so beautifully! They even included two bonus macaron!Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free and have a chocolate allergy! So, they took that into account for me.“

“I really enjoy food shopping at Foodstuffs in Glencoe. I live in Northbrook and it is definitely worth the drive. Foodstuffs offers many meal choices. My opinions are below, including a few of my favorite things. Salad counter - I can get a salad made by choosing from over 30 ingredients like beets, red peppers or black beans. Foodstuffs will also chop and mix my salad. My salad is always delicious - and healthy! Seafood counter - They have a terrific seafood counter where they offer fresh fish and cooked fish. My favorite is the salmon. Sandwich counter - They have a counter where you can request a variety of sandwiches. My sandwiches always taste fresh. My favorite is the turkey cobbler. Dessert counter - They have a dessert counter with new desserts each day. Every so often, I treat myself to a delicious dessert. They have so many tasty treats that it is hard to find a favorite. Besides the above, they offer soups, entrees and much, much more. The store has a nice neighborhood feel. The staff is quite friendly and courteous. I really appreciate being able to go to Foodstuffs in Glencoe.“
“This is probably my third or fourth visit in the last six months. The service is fantastic. The food is fantastic but the fact is you can never enjoy it in store. There is limited seating. But every time I’ve been there the two top three tops and six tops have all been occupied by a single person on a laptop. I kindly asked a person if they would share. They would not share. I know this is no fault of the owners. But maybe a sign should be put up so people that want to come and enjoy the food with families will be able to sit down.“

The audiologist I collaborate with did not urge me to purchase anything there, as what I might benefit from Costco simply does not offer. Importantly, she directed me to a potential solution that could be obtained elsewhere. Start to finish this was an top-notch experience. Most highly recommended.“
“Good selection of sweet and savory pastries and desserts. Delicious latte. Delicious fresh desserts - we took tiramisu and strawberry quiche, latte. Prices are average. For two - have dessert and a latte for two - -$20. In addition, tips are included in the check without the client's request. ?“
“My home away from home. The employees at this wonderful place are beyond compare. Each and every guest is warmly greeted, cheerfully waited on and made to feel so welcome. The food is exceptionally fresh and delicious. And the coffee ... my favorite, brewed fresh the moment I enter the door. I spend 4-5 afternoons a week in this very special cafe ... and always feel like I'm walking through the door of family and friends. Highly recommended! P.S. “Great small bakery. The options may be limited but the quality is high. Follow their Instagram to keep a close eye on their inventory as I hear they typically sell out quick (only so much product can be made for a day's sales).I guess they are known for their Tahini cookies. I've had several items from their menu and I would recommend fulfill your sweet tooth here.First thing I ate were the peanut butter cookies, and boy did it have peanut butter in it - grab a drink to help wash it down! The bakery takes pride in their baked goods and it is well worth their hard work.“
“I was parking and saw a crowd of people hovering around a storefront like they were waiting for doors to open for the Nordstrom Semi Annual Sale! Thus, I had to walk over and see what all the fuss was about. Tons of people were waiting outside in the cold for pastries. I looked at the menu on the window and noticed all the pastries are gluten free and they have a large selection of vegan options! There were so many vegan options that I bared the cold trying to make a decision. I settled on the vegan brownie. The staff were all friendly and processed orders quickly. While walking, I tasted a piece of the vegan brownie. It was simply, AMAZING! I can’t wait to go back and try other vegan pastry options.“
“Great little store. Very friendly person behind the counter. I placed an order in the morning and received a call shortly after to let me know their Saturday hours and exactly when my order would be ready. Loved the DIY Christmas Cookies and our dogs loved the K-9 cookies as well.“
