“This place has never missed the mark with service in my experience, and I frequent at least once a month. The drinks are always cold, fresh, and reasonablypriced. The food is delicious and fresh as well... my favorites are the smoked wings, cheese curds, beer nuggets, and chicken pesto sandwich. The staff is uber friendly and it felt great seeing many of them take the time to greet me (while I was on crutches) after a couple months hiatus (since I was injured). “Always a gen when your local spot has great service and great food. Saw this place recommended on Nextdoor for their delicious 4.99 pub burger. It did not disappoint. Went during lunch on a Monday, ordered a beer while we watched them hand make the burger patty and cook everything fresh. Do yourself a favor and stop by.“

It would've been 5 stars had there not been an issue to begin with... Plus they forgot to give each of us our pickle. I've been here at least a half dozen times and normally the food is pretty good... This time it was terrible!!! 1/2 pound burger should at least fit the bun and normally it does if not more than... As you can see in the pictures it was a case of "where's the beef"?... Plus medium and medium rare should not be well done!!! Could you at least center the patty before cutting??? What cook looks at this and says yeah that's how you do it!!! Just a terrible way to waste $50!!!“

“1st time here. Visiting from GA. Not disappointed one bit. Kids and hubby raved. For me the wings was very flavorful but could be a little juicer, but it was seasoned to the bone. Mozzarella was perfect. Didn't take piks of sticks or wings cus I forgot and starving. Pizza was 7/10 for me. Hubby says it was 8.5/10. Again, not disappointed at all. We will be back before we depart Chi town!“

You can play darts, you can watch the game on decent televisions, they have clean well maintained bathrooms, the lighting is not overbearing in the evening, although I would dim it down a little bit. The managers, Josh and Victoria French are very personable and attentive. Our waitress Tonya Williams was extremely well-mannered and polite, she had a full load of customers tonight and handled it well. She's a true professional. And last but certainly not least, Jessica Armstrong, ??she's the bartender! she's also a wizard with the Long Island Iced Teas, and they are not chintzy with the booze. They go down easy, they taste great, but hit you like a sledgehammer, LOL. Sit back and sava the flava?❗ The Qu's nachos were delicious! I'm a big fan of not overdoing the accoutrements, and unless you want them to, they won't. The flavor of their fries is on a par with any place in the area, bar none. Let's get to the burgers, a customer that ordered a burger told the waitress,Tanya, she hadn't had a burger that good since 1952! I've had burgers all over the area and in many other states, and this was one of the best burgers I've had in years! My wife had the fish sandwich which included their proprietary sauce, she loved it! Do yourself a favor, come on in and get your grub on, you won't be disappointed. “My family and I went here Friday night for dinner. The service was fantastic. It is extremely difficult to find a server/bartender who is great with kids. We had Meg as our server/bartender tonight and she was amazing! She clearly loves what she is doing. Our kids are begging to go back! While juggling multiple other tables she never failed to make sure our drinks were full and we were happy. She also recommended the big pretzel which was huge and delicious. The food did not disappoint. Pucks is a great family friendly sports bar for families who love hockey and want friendly, fast, and competent service.“
