“Stans is a great place to stop in once you’ve landed in Chicago. This location is conveniently located near ORD and offers a variety of beverages, sandwiches and of course delicious donuts.
I opted to try their special banana matcha and it was delicious! Great quality matcha and addition of banana flavor.
As I arrived a little later in the afternoon the donut stock was limited but I tried one of their croissant donuts and it was delicious- not fresh but still good.
I loved the shop interior, it was super welcoming and clean.“

I visited this Dunkin' location for the first time over the weekend (Saturday evening), and it was one of the best experiences compared to any Dunkin' locations I have visited so far. The young guy at the counter was very courteous and attentive. He patiently listened to my kids' requests when selecting donuts, and the hot chocolate was hot and just right. I highly recommend this place.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“The staff here are honestly miracle workers. I usually come to this location on the weekend before I go to work every time they have a crazy long line in the drive-through and have a line to the door inside. I’ve seen three workers max at this location yet they get my order out quick and it’s always correct and on top of that. They are very nice people. Meanwhile, the dunkin by my house will have eight workers and half the customers and you’ll be waiting triple the time you would be spending here. “This a combo Dunkin Donuts location. Going in during the morning rush for coffee I have admittedly been turned off by clerks who are all chatter and smiles for their "regular" customers, yet shift to strictly business when I come up to the counter. I am not a regular. This weekend was different though, I sneaked in solo in between youth soccer games for a double scoop to ease the 93+ degree temperatures. Despite what was most assuredly a very busy day, I managed to hit a momentary lull in the rush. The store was very clean and the young lady who helped me had great eye contact, repeated my size order correctly and confirmed my ice cream flavors before scooping. She thanked me for my business and wished me a great day. Always nice to find the eager summer staff. Ice cream and extra napkins in hand I sat on their overlooked patio to finish my selection. The heat continued for the rest of the day. The ice cream was gone in minutes.“
