“Stans is a great place to stop in once you’ve landed in Chicago. This location is conveniently located near ORD and offers a variety of beverages, sandwiches and of course delicious donuts.
I opted to try their special banana matcha and it was delicious! Great quality matcha and addition of banana flavor.
As I arrived a little later in the afternoon the donut stock was limited but I tried one of their croissant donuts and it was delicious- not fresh but still good.

“Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

I visited this Dunkin' location for the first time over the weekend (Saturday evening), and it was one of the best experiences compared to any Dunkin' locations I have visited so far. The young guy at the counter was very courteous and attentive. He patiently listened to my kids' requests when selecting donuts, and the hot chocolate was hot and just right. Dinning area is upstairs, cozy area to spend some time with family and friends. Bathroom can be clean, and no toilet paper.“

“After 3 minutes trying to ask if an ice coffee qualifies for the dunken run (coffee and sandwich) they said yes, but out of cinnamon. Ok, got a vanilla ice coffee and a sausage sandwich. They charge 7$ for the coffee, but conveniently forgot the sandwich? Then another 5$ for the sandwich. So instead of 8$ combo I got ripped off. Unacceptable.

This location is convenient because it's close to heartland ice arena so when I'm here in the area I typically stop at this location.Now I'm getting only coffee so it's kind of hard to screw that up, but every time I go the service is fine the employees are nice and the coffee's done right each time. Some of the reviews I don't think are accurate considering it's their first or second time reviewing a place. My only complaint not very easy to get in and out of the parking lot but other than that it's fine.“
