“Goirdano’s left our area and I stumbled on to NPC. I ordered and was surprised they deliver to Skokie. I called an hour later and they informed me due to busyness our pizza was accidentally delivered to the wrong location. They quickly credited me the amount and still made a new order for us. The pizza was fantastic. Deep dish and margarita. They totally owned the situation and did their best. Pizza felt cleaner. Less additives or chemicals than Lou’s or Giordano’s. Will definitely return.”

“My parents and I were looking for a place eat in Northfield after driving an hour to pick up the ashes of our dog who passed two weeks ago from blood cancer. Found this place two minutes from the pet hospital located in an office building. Owner was super chill made our food fresh and was super generous. They had these cookies by the register I think the owners baked themselves they all looked really good we got one of each (pecan, cookies and cream, m&m, and this one with caramel on top) and the owner gave us two for free and chips with our meals and reheated my dad’s soup when asked (dad’s picky) to be super hot (dad was happy). We took our food to go and ate right outside the office building by this little fountain which I think is the way to go if the weather accommodates it. I got the chicken pesto panini I don’t even like pesto but I liked this panini the bread was crisp the cheese melty and the vegetables happy (not soggy). Honestly the cookies I enjoyed the most; cookies and cream was really good it had like these big chunks of white chocolate which were awesome but the best was the caramel one CRAZY GOOD definitely get one. Anyways I miss my dog love you Beowulf rest well now.”

“As a busy working, traveling mom, I was trying to plan my precious daughter’s sixth birthday party when I was out of town and was in a bind because I didn’t order a cake I envisioned in advance. The bakery called me back promptly as I was sitting at the airport in Boston, I sent over a picture of the unicorn cake I envisioned, and they had it ready along with 2 dozen cupcakes that day! Also ordered their butter cookies and the broffee and it was all a huge hit with our guests. Thanks again for coming to the rescue. My daughter and her friends absolutely fell in love with the magical unicorn cake.”

“The staff here are honestly miracle workers. I usually come to this location on the weekend before I go to work every time they have a crazy long line in the drive-through and have a line to the door inside. I’ve seen three workers max at this location yet they get my order out quick and it’s always correct and on top of that. They are very nice people. Meanwhile, the dunkin by my house will have eight workers and half the customers and you’ll be waiting triple the time you would be spending here. Hopefully the owners of this Dunkin appreciate their workers. 🍩☕️”

“Nha Hang gets a lot of hype and it lives up! The pho tai is absolutely phenomenal. It is perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. A massive portion that also has an appropriate amount of noodles and beef. The broth is pure and so impeccably balanced. It was an absolute pleasure to eat. The vegetable spring rolls are also good. I cant wait to come back!”

“Came upon this restaurant from a recommendation by the show store clerk at Alamo two blocks away. Amazing food. What a gem. The falafel was so so good and the danish pastry filled with meat and cheese was out of this world delicious. We had something Falafal Lala or something like that. Sorry I am probably butchering the name. Really loved the taste .there were small potatoes in a garlick sauce that was a new tangy taste that I loved”

“Great dining experience today! We came towards the end of the night and the staff was friendly and kind. Service was fast and the vegan ramen was incredible. (I subbed in regular noodles and added an egg) My sister got the regular ramen and said it was some of the best pork she had ever had in ramen.

“I had an engagement party for my Son and his fiancée. It was in the lawn next to our building on the lake in Chicago. A casually elegant setting. We had a lot of different food prepared professionally and I made salads, and we grilled steaks, burgers and chicken. Khmai was enlisted to do all the appetizers, some additional salads and various spreads and dips. I have Mai my approximate budget, let her know what I was preparing and planned to cook and asked her to do her best to come up with what she thought would be best as complimentary. She outdid herself. The staff is lovely to work with, helpful and genuine. My guests were blown away by the delicious and complex tastes we are not used to since most had never had Cambodian food prior. Fermented catfish dip? Wonderful, all the rolls veg or not were terrific, shrimp toast was my personal favorite, salads crisp, spicy and everything felt special and unique. Flavors so rich and vibrant felt like a special treat. It was perfect served with standard picnic fare a little elevated. The atmosphere of the party was pitch perfect, while retaining a quiet all American type picnic feel, the quality of both the food I had prepared and grilled, plus the array of flavors the appetizers added made it seem really special and definitely a treat and celebratory. It felt like someone really cared and tried to make it memorable and my guests were over the moon for this food. I would absolutely recommend dining there, we have a few times and it’s a family feeling you just can’t force or create without it being real. Thank you for your heart and talent to this wonderfully talented mother and daughter team!”

I did the tasting menu and splurged on a wine pairing—loved the beet-and-rutabaga courses and that butter-poached whitefish—flavors were poppin’.
