“Showed up for dinner with a 4yo and 1yo around 5pm. Sat us at the booth and had great options for kiddos, high chair for baby, and brought all the food out since we had limited time. Everything from the top tier caviar, lobster bisque, branzino, calamari, and even the chicken tenders tasted FRESH and delicious! Valet free but also plenty of parking! So happy hubby randomly picked this place! Will def be back again without kids lol“

“Delicious! We saw the recommendation on Dine In/Dine Out Lake Bluff /Lake Forest Facebook page. So we decided to try it tonight. We were NOT disappointed. Service was friendly, nice casual dining spot. Great bar choices. The meal was delicious - we had the skirt steak and the flavor was top notch. My meal came with 4 shrimp and prepared well, not spicy. The flavors were yum and truly can’t wait to go back. From reviews the seafood looks delicious. We will try that next time!“

“The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional! Everything, down to the drink names, perfectly complemented the ambiance. This is an absolutely beautiful place to enjoy dinner and great food. The shawarma rolls, pork chops, and Moroccan tagine were all outstanding. If you enjoy sweet and refreshing cocktails, I highly recommend the 'Gotta Have Faith.' Overall, I would definitely return to try more dishes and highly recommend visiting this unique spot. It’s truly a must-visit!“

“I absolutely love Lawrence Fish Market! I’ve ordered from them many times and they never disappoint. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, with amazing flavor and great quality. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable—especially considering how much food you get. It’s perfect for takeout, and everything is always beautifully packed and ready to enjoy. I highly recommend this place to any sushi lover. Definitely one of my favorite spots!“

“I went in there last week to buy jumbo shrimp $24.95 per LB. Is there new owners in this place. When I got home there was small shrimp with a couple of Jumbo...I should of took a picture. They use to put the fried shrimp in a wax lined brown bag...now they have a with paper container when I got home all was cold. Not wasting my time..“

“Well, we just loved it! We expected a slightly more bustling urban Italian experience, but being a bistro, we got a more home kitchen feel. The prices were a little lower than expected, but typical with a dine-in Italian experience.
But the food! We have tried lots of Italian restaurants in Chicago recently. This was a standout. They offer a delicious homemade cornbread and feta spread upon arrival. We ordered the Gorgonzola fettuccine and the linguine putaneska and they were just to die for! The Gorgonzola was creamy and not overpowering. The putaneska was savory, salty in the right way, with lots of umami. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. And the carrot cake with cream cheese icing was delicious. The food was just wonderful.
Going along with the home kitchen feel, the server was casual and friendly. Lovely and personal attention is given. Please give this place a try. It is worth it.“

“The bar experience with Mark and crew (usually, the amazing Evelina) is always phenomenal. The service is impeccable and the food and drinks are consistently delicious. “I'm happy to be able to support a small business that has been around as long as they have. I have been going here since the early 1980's and nothing has changed (except the prices lol) I have never been disappointed!!!!! Absolutely love all of the fried fish and other seafood they offer!!!! The sauces and salads are very good. Delicious hush puppies, they taste amazing dipped in honey!!!“
