I tried the Veg-Head Sandwich (in a Biscuit) and it was Yummazing.

“Wanted to finally try and we arrived before closing about a half hour prior. And it must be the owner a lady was at counter greeted us with a smile. We chose our donuts and she put in extra, we were like no it’s ok. So we left her a tip in her tip jar and she looked surprised and so grateful she Putin extra we were like no it’s ok that is for your service.

“Cute little coffee shop across from portage park! Decent street parking nearby & indoor / outdoor seating options. I got a seasonal oat nog latte & it was fantastic! I also got a vegan chocolate muffin which was great too, very moist & rich. They also had a vegan trail mix scone and sometimes have locally made cookies. I went with my family about a day ago while visiting my older brother for a few days, and we all decided to come to Woodfield Mall to go shopping for school clothes. “Only tried the corndogs and they’re really good. If you’ve had KongDog don’t come here thinking you’ll get the exact same thing though. They don’t put sugar on the original one or drizzle sauce on top of the hot cheeto dog. Also, the potato one was just cut up wavy fries on the outside. They made the corndogs fresh though so all of them were nice and crisp but it took awhile for them to come out.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

I visited this Dunkin' location for the first time over the weekend (Saturday evening), and it was one of the best experiences compared to any Dunkin' locations I have visited so far.
