She informed me and asked me if I would like certain things on my funnel cake before putting anything else outside what it's served with. The Funnel Cake was fresh along with the fruit. “Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“
