The French owners, Jeanne and Julien are super friendly and knowledgeable about pastries, deserts, and of course macarons. Everything is so good. The macarons are as good as the one you buy in the best pastry shop in Paris, France. Thanks J & J for bringing a bit of Paris to Chicago.“

“The fro-yo and drinks are good. I think they lack variety on the boba milk tea though. The customer service is good, never had any issues with the employees. Its not terribly expensive but costs can add up quick. Overall a great ambiance, perfect for hanging out.“

When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“The Addison DQ is absolutely great & well above average. Good full flavor, generous toppings, clean and a constant good, friendly employees. Been going here for years in addition to Bensenville, Wooddale,Fox Lake & various other locations. I actually did a review of several DQ's & Addison is tops. “What a nice spot in downtown Lagrange to get some dessert.
The process is simple:
1) Select any combo of the 10 yogurt flavors
2) Select from a collection of toppings
3) Get your cup weighed and pay
The lobby can seat about 20 including high top chairs on a busy day.
The atmosphere is clean and the crowd is nice.
There is limited street parking. Otherwise, you could park in the parking garage about 1 block behind the building.“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“YUM! To say I'm addicted is an under statement... I had no idea this was here and so close to my house... trouble, trouble! If you haven't tried, you need to. It's almost like an Italian spumoni ice cream with orange sherbet. It's amazing! It's not cheap, but it's still amazing... almost 20$ for 2 waffle cones, but it's worth it for a nice treat!“

Absolutely amazing customer service, (I wish I asked for the employees name, my receipt says Liz) but she was the friendliest, warmest, most pleasant person! “As soon as I walked in the staff was absolutely friendly! I ordered a mangonada an a couple other items for my boyfriend and my kids and we all absolutely loved it. Hands down has to be one of the best ice cream spots. Not to mention every other ice cream place takes forever to serve the customers they were quick and gave great service it made everything 10x better.“
